1 starDo not use this Company!!!!! Would give no stars if possible!!!!! They are not customer need oriented. Had 2 units installed. 1 was finished, and 1 was not. took many calls and a week and a half to get them back out to finish the install. 2 days after they left, the previously unfinished unit went down and it has taken almost 2 weeks to get some one out to fix . I am still waiting on them to come fix my brand new ac that is not working. They say "I am sorry, that should not happen!" till I'm sick of hearing that. JUST FIX IT!!!!!!!! Never again will I use this company!!!!!!! Horrible service!!!!!!!Review fromDonald M

1 starThe salesman ****** was great no problems there. Both technicians arrived on time but, that's where the good part ends. The lead Tech nearly drilled thru my new shutter on the outside window. So he removed it just to be safe and never put it back up. The shutters are a custom size and where added last year after completing a $14,000 job on replacement windows. Just before leaving the job the technician said the shutter will need lowered. Of course the from of my house is half covered now in conduit as well. My main new,windows only have one shutter up as well. Topline has reached out but have made no attempt to fix things. Unless it is immediately made right I will be calling a lawyer and file a lawsuit. I spent a lot of money to get great windows. Then Topline has started to earning the work.Review fromBeth D

This business seemed so good at the beginning of the entire process. Last year my husband and I had our furnace and ac unit replaced. Since the new units have been placed we have had nothing but issues. The furnace is fine but the ac is always frozen and never works. We've now had the company come out more than twice still get no help. We are under warranty but that doesn't seem to help any at all either. They also take WEEKS to come out just to basically look at it and they ALWAY say they have to come back. Everything is a long process. Now out of no where they are charging service fees. Which would be fine but they dont tell you until they finally show up to "look" at the unit. Never would I recommend this company and wish I never would have went with top line heating and air.Topline Heating and Air

Installed a new unit last Tues. had to order a part for furnace and said it would be installed Friday. Called 2x and was told someone would call back never heard anything. Had to schedule online. technician came out and said it was the cercuit board which was already diagnosed and the part was already ordered! Now have to wait another week to get someone to come and install. Husband was late to work and had to call off the week before. Workers do not communicate with each other and customer service is terrible. Would not recommend. and the price for a new unit is $11,000! They better not charge for the extra service calls.Topline Heating and Air

You won't be charged for any warranty service call in the first year of having the system. We will be making sure that it works to its potential. 1 starOn 5/22/25 Topline brought inadequate equipment to my home and tried to install the wrong equipment. Furthermore, they weren't even installing it, per the agree upon installation requirements. I ordered an immediate stop of all work progress and demanded that someone contact me for proper resolution. It's now 5/24/25 and I haven't heard a word from anyone. I removed old equipment, to make room for install & I have been left with no means to heat my home, when temps are dropping into the 30's this weekend. They left the equipment here, unfinished and did not even clean their mess. They completely abandoned the job and ceased all communication with me. I have called the office, was informed I would receive a call back and I have not. Nothing that was agreed upon, was even being attempted to be done. They basically thought they would bring a furnace & condenser to my house, stick it in my basement and call it done. I refused to accept the service, ordered all work to stop, until the proper people could contact me to remedy the situation with the proper equipment and install expectations. I have not heard a word, since the install crew left. Its been 3 days and I have unfinished work and equipment sitting on my property. In which I'm expected to pay for. I refuse to pay for these horrible services & inadequate equipment. I have tried to resolve the issue and have been ignored & left with no way of heating my home, when temps are in the 30's. Very unhappy with this company. I have been lied to, manipulated and then abandon to have to jump through all these hoops for a resolution, all while still being expected to pay. They only get 1 star and that's only because I have to give at least one star. My rating is zero!Review fromLaurie T

This is to add to my review as I didn't have enough space to finish but john the sales man told us we had everything we needed to have to furnace hooked up and @ the cost of over $12,000 we were told that we never requested a cold air return and also told from someone different that my husband refused to let them hook one up which is a lie why would someone not want a cold air return we were told by more than one tech they do not run duct work and that was why we didn't get a cold air return after turning the furnance off for a month our electric bill drop by 0ver 3000 kwh but the rude arrogant tech Mike told us our electric bill was high by all the extra fans we have running and other stuff we have plugged in will if that is the case then why after a month with still using the extra fans and all the same stuff plugged our electric bill dropped by over 3,000 kwh that is a big difference all the times they have come out here for the last 4 months and no one can tell us why this furnace is supposed to be 96% efficient an d yet it is causing our electric bill to be over $1,000. there techs do not know who to install or fix their productsTopline Heating and Air

Well I hope you really do resolve this but I also feel it is more than just the cold air return. A wifi thermostat was also installed we were told that would make the furnace switch to emergency heat when temp outside was below 30 which it did not and never has we have told all techs and everyone that we have spoken to about this issue. nothing gets done until after the temp outside is above 40 which we have also told everyone it works fine when temps are above 40 outside.Review fromJason H

Topline was out on a service call on 1/27/2024. Our technician found the mini split system running at manufacture specifications. Due to the condition of the windows and other parts of the home that were out of our control the mini split were not able to keep the temperature on below average temperatures days.

2 starsI bought a mini unit for air conditioning and heating and the unit isnt big enough for my living room. ****** came out and said it was under Estimated my house was 66 and it was set at 78. Admit it was Underestimated. and they said theyd take care of the problem but three weeks later I know they never called about it and its cold in here. Im 72 yearsold and he also said that my electric bill would be around 201st electric bill from them was 326 a month. He said they take care of it. And the worst by Monday or Tuesday and Wednesday its supposed to be down below -20 windchill. Its gonna be very cold and Im not to be cold at my age. How much ****** for this unit and they said theyd back everything . The secretary talk to my son today and he said hed let him know what whats going on and have him call but hes never called. The heating consultant that came out ******, was a shyster. The application was to be in my name with my child as a co signer. Not only did he not add my name he lied about the interest rate and monthly payment amount. My furnace was installed on Friday and they can come back Tuesday to uninstall it.Topline Heating and Air

Hello,Per our records we completed the installation of our signed contract as well as the financing application. All of our estimates as well as the financing is reviewed with the customer before signing any documents.
