      called topline and they came two days later. ******** took time to explain and answer questions. he made me a good offer for a minispilt air and heat system. they are here installing it right now, they are very respectful of us and our home. more after they are done.

      Very disappointed with this company. Their mistakes have cost me time and money. sad that I have to continue to have water leaking into the wall and now breaker box, causing mold and mildew to grow in the room downstairs. So far, they've had to be called back twice now a third time. Call them on the 6/24 gave me an appointment for the following month 0n the 8th with water leaking on my breaker box. Bad workmen ship that can cause a fatal fire .

      We at Topline take great pride in providing the best customer experience and the best HVAC installations in the industry. With over 300 installs a month if any problems arise we rectify them as quickly as possible. We have also been working with this customer to get them moved up on the schedule to better assist them.

      So far so good the sales manager left here and we both feel he respected our concerns with honest answers so we purchased a mini split system yet to be installed we will see I've read good reviews and bad complaints but im a good judge of character .....

      TopLine made a repair to a 12 year old heater and relocated my compressor. I can't say enough good things about these guys! They were prompt, polite, conscientious and meticulous.

      Called in to get an estimate for a new heating and A/C system on a Sunday. By Tuesday evening I had both new systems installed and my whole house heated within minutes after the crew leaving. They were respectful of my house and items. They also were able to offer 0% financing which is what I was looking for. Since the install, I’ve had follow up calls from the office making sure everything was working correct. This is a 5 star company in every aspect!

      A great experience from. Beginning to end! Brand new system in my home and couldn’t be any happier. Our project manager Alex was a great help. He came out, took measurements and gave his us his professional opinion. He explained the process and equipment in detail. By the time he left we felt 100% confident in the system we purchased. Thanks.
