    I booked a flight for $900 with this company, within 24 hours of purchased I contacted the agent letting him know I wont be able to travel during the take date because of a very serious medical condition and also send a hospital letter from a doctor stated I couldnt travel as well. Their website stated clearly if cancellation within the 24 hours customers will receive their full refund back their original payment. The agent said he couldnt give a refund back to the original payment but can give me a site credit, because I was ill I didnt have the time or energy to contest him so I went along and just accepted the site credit. I have all emails correspondence from him that stated the site credit and I could use the all the credit on a future purchase within 1 year of purchase. Again, I didnt contest and I went along with my ******** just a month later I contacted this company to use the credit on a ticket and Im being hanged up on as soon as I say I want to use a site credit, Ive tried over 50 time and if I dont get hang up on Im being put on atomically put on hold and no one ever comes back on the line. I had family members tried and experienced the same thing. The last time I call one agent said that the agent I work with got fired for scamming customers over 2 months ago but I purchased my ticket only a month ago.

    This company is truly a scam ! I purchased a ticket with them ..they contacted me after the initial payment and then they needed more so the final ticket was ****** ! Well when it came time for my trip I never received my confirmation email. They kept reassuring me I would get it 24 hrs before my flight well that never came so I never went on my trip ! And now I have been contacting them for a refund and no reply !! I would advise nobody to ever use this company they will rip you off . Very unprofessional!!

    I booked a flight *********** to ********* Oct 20 2024 to Oct 25 2024 the price was ****** a man call me trying to get ************************** I told him no not today he said my going was confirmed but my coming back was not told I will have to stay ********* if I don't pay for it I talk to a manager yesterday he told my money was going to get put on the original payment nothing send to my email to confirm it so I call today and I talk to **** on a record he told me he was going to return my money original payment about two hours get travel credit from spirit airline
