    Hired ******** contracting to demo my home after losing in fire had me sign a contract in his contract it states the demo job will be completed in full in 3 days they worked for 2 days and disappear for 5 days I need other work done not completing the 1st job they wanted me to sign another contract I paid jax-linc contracting 10 thousand 400 dollars in full all they did was make a giant mess and disappear I tried contracting the owner non stop for over a week by phone and texts I finally got him to on phone told him about my complaints and wen this mess was going to be clean up and done I was told multiple times that he be out to complete that never happened he was sapost to come out to resolve the problem I was told he be at my place at 11 am on a Saturday he never called or showed after multiple calls by me that he never responded to I got a text the next day him saying that he couldn't make it coz his kid was rushed to the hospital that wasn't true that same day I start getting harassing texts from 1 of his employees and pic sent to me saying he's playing u and was sent pictures of jax-linc contracting on another job that was posted all over ******** I contacted the owner stating about the lies and harassing texts I was getting from 1 of his employee I ask for money back I paid him to do a job he never completed he wanted to work out a deal on next job I needed done after all the lies harassing texts and alot of other things dealing with this company I didn't want them to do no more work I asked for a few grand back to cover the cost of me paying another company to finish the job I paid jax-linc contracting in full to do I was told no so I had to hire a attorney and file a lawsuit against jax-linc contracting I never expected anything like this before the first day on the job 1 of his employees ask me if he could use my truck to do some personal running around they sat around more than they worked I was charged for equipment that was never used I wouldn't hire
