    Transaction date = 6/16/23 Amount = $74.76 Items ordered =4 shirts, sized medium Order # = ******* Upon receiving shirts all were too big - I ordered identical shirts in sized small (Order # = *******, May 26 2023.) Yogaste will not allow me to return shirts. During the order process and at no time during purchase do they inform customer that all shirts are not returnable.

    At Yogaste we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional service. We understand that occasionally, you may need to return a product due to various reasons. However, it is important to note that our returns policy differs for the custom-made products (T-shirts and Tank Tops). *******************************************************************************************

    We will only accept a return or an exchange under the following conditions:

    - Manufacturing defect

    - An error on our part.

    We provide detailed information and assistance throughout our return policy and our sizing guide to ensure accuracy and avoid confusion. However, the final responsibility for this lies with the customer.

    We understand that ordering custom made products involves careful consideration, and we are committed to providing clear communication, quality craftsmanship, and exceptional service throughout our process.

    I am rejecting this response because: the return policy is NOT well displayed on the shirt purchase process.   When you check out it does NOT tell you that these are unable to be returned.  There is nothing to tell you that these shirts are "custom made" during the purchase and check out process.  It is not transparent sales process - and quite honestly I have not ever encountered this in any other online shopping experience.  I am disappointed that Yogaste believes this is a fair way to run a business.  Their non-return policy for ALL shirts being ordered should be posted on the shirt purchase page - and at the very least it should alert you in the check-out process that these are ALL non-refundable.

    Unfortunately, I placed an order with this company on 4/7/23. ******* is the order number. 10 days later, I found out that they cannot send out the order because the items are out of stock. However, they already preauthorized and posted the charge for everything even knowing full well that they didn't have these items. So I requested a cancelation and refund. They said they could not approve that as the order was already subm,itted and paid for. So I need to wait for an unknown period of time, a few months, and perhaps they will arrive. This is the resolution from this place! It cannot be allowed for this place to continue collecting people's money for items that they don't have and then they refuse refunding people!

    Hello, 

    We understand that this situation was not favorable and that you were waiting a long time to get your order. We were having an inventory complication. Some orders were affected by this. Upon checking the interactions, a full refund was provided on April 18th totaling $251.49. The order is also on its way to the customer, since only one item was preventing the order from fulfilling. The rest of the items were already printed.
