    My experience so far is similar to Bryan's. Sales pitch is deliberately misleading; once they have your money the tone changes and the games begin. Ultimately delivered a defective, demonstrably compromised "new" car with begrudging promises it would be totally rectified to my satisfaction at my first service, but not so much as a pro forma apology for any of it. Less than a year later and with only 2000 miles on the clock, the car is completely out of commission with a host of problems, and I've been chasing them for nearly a month to get it sorted under warranty. They seem to be deliberately putting me off to run out the clock on the Lemon statute without realizing I'm increasingly close to suing the f*ck out of them in civil court to relieve my frustration , no matter what it costs. They have no respect, don't care about quality or customer service, and will abuse your patience and good faith if you let them. Should have been a great experience, but they ruined it. Really rubbish is right.
