    Amazing rescue and group of volunteers that take care to place animals in their forever homes.

    Kari Is a scam artist, with a reputation for her intimidation tactics, harrassment, and stealing of dogs in the local area. She does not follow any standard practices, and has poor handling, and hoarding issues. She is NOT a skilled behavioralist, and should not be trusted as such. Anyone dealing with Kari should not be scared to ask the police to be involved, being a "rescue" is not a free pass for any conduct.

    I originally deleted my review because we did get our dog back after they stole him. However after the fiasco which involved us calling the police, and threatening to sue them, them ignoring dog law when they were told to give our dog back to us, they went forward with microchipping and locking the registration with the intention that if anything ever happened they would 100% take this dog and lie about it. We have asked nicely for them to release the registration so that we don't have to have the dog put under for a senseless surgery to have the microchip removed. Their passive aggressive refusal is ridiculous. They 100% deserve the extremely low rating they have, the people who run it are borderline hoarders and the reason they stole this dog to begin with was because the husband wanted it. Hopefully after the AKC registration investigates them we can fix their final attempt at controlling and stealing our dog. We have made it clear to the microchip company, with supportive documentation, that they should never have had this dog to begin with, and will never receive this dog.

    Kari Coble is coming to light in mifflin county!
    Kari is running a scam and finally people are coming forward in unbelievable numbers.
    Her own volunteers are even turning the page and shedding light on her fraud fundraiser and her gambling addiction.
    Thank God good people are putting a stop to this!

    We love Kari C**** and her rescue group and staff One Dog At A Time(ODAAT). She knows what pet is suitable for which household. Takes the time to explain where each dog came from, and goes over the medical care the dogs has received. She allowed us the chance to foster a dog we liked, to see if he would be a good fit for our other dog, and it was a success so we are now adopting! We couldn’t be more pleased
