      This company is terrific, their customer service far exceeds any I have ever received from any company before, I have had multiple companies over the years fix my garage door, Chad from Precision came out, gave me a few options, I picked the third cause I plan to be here for a while. And my door has never been as quiet as Chad was able to make it today. Runs smooth, I know I made the right choice choosing Precision Door

      Not happy with this company ordered a garage door for a rental property charged 3k . Had a problem with the property and had to cancel the my order mind you no one ever came out to do any labor and I was only refunded half of my money and told it's the policy but I see that no where on the website. And my refund was from VAN DAM ENTERPRISES LLC and not Precision confused why??

      Hello Sabrina, for more contrast to our readers. You were closing on a home, and had bought a custom size door form us. 14'x6'9" in height. You elected to pay in full when we only asked for a deposit. After waiting 6 weeks which is well past your 3 day right to cancel. We had called you stating this door was in and ready to be installed. It was then we learned the deal on the home you were purchasing fell through, and you had asked for a full refund. Due to the specific size of your door, this was a door that more than likely wont ever be sold again do to how rare the size is in this market area. Because of this, we only gave you half of your money back. While keeping the other half to cover our cost of the material that we had already paid for to our manufacturers, that do not take returns. This information and process is also found on your invoice, so this was something when purchasing you have been made aware of. The business name is Van Dam Enterprises LLC and our DBA name is Precision Door Service. Which explains the name written on the check. I will be contacting you shortly about this review and what our next steps are.
