    Cedar Roof Company treated my roof 2 years ago, and gave me a 6 year guarantee. The roof began leaking about 6 months ago. They sent a worker who caulked my chimney. That didn't work. Then the guy came back and installed a waterproof barrier next to the chimney. That didnt't work. Told me to get the chimney painted with waterproof paint. That did not work. Told me to replace the chimney cap, and on the second bid for the chimney cap I was shown that the leak was not from the chimney. Called them again to fix the leak. This time they never showed up. Paid thousands to them for a faulty irrelevant repair that did nothing. Asked for at least a partial refund, especially since I was given a 6 year guarantee. No response. Had another company finally fix the leak which had nothing to do with the chimney. I would not recommend them at all.
