Work done on car mid December, parts or work done on car bad, went back for a second time for labor after ********’s switched out only 3 rotors, was supposed to be 4, I was told by Ryan B***** of Mike’s automotive and tire LLC, that he had to purchase a rotors both times for my car but on the receipts it’s only the charge for labor. My car is still doing the same thing because there’s only 3 good rotors on my car and the 4th one is either used or he never changed it out either time, now my wheel is locking because the rotor is so messed up, I go to a different mechanic Friday the 5th of April, 2024, I want the cost of the labor and parts as well, will upload it when I get the receipt. He also charged me $90 a hour for labor when it’s only $60 and he only would take cash no card. A labor claim was put in by ********’s because Ryan B***** wouldn’t do it, I was told by ********’s not to pay the second time for the labor but Ryan told me I had to and he would give me the receipts from both times he work on my car to take to ********’s to do the labor claim so I could get my money back, a check was sent out to Mike’s automotive and Tire LLC and was set to receive it the 27th of March, the manager from ********’s was going to deliver on that day but was told by Ryan B***** he wouldn’t except it to sign it over to me because he wasn’t paying the taxes on it because he already paid the taxes on the other 2 jobs he did for me, but In all reality he already got over on me by charging $90 a hour for labor and he didn’t even do all 4 rotors and brakes like he was supposed 2, both receipts he gave me only had labor work for brakes and rotors when the 1st time he did way more work and the receipt should’ve been different, I’ll upload the receipts he gave me I have to get it from ********’s. I paid $272 the second time and $692 the 1st time for the work he did, I never should’ve had to pay the second time, he was supposed to wait and get the check from the labor claim. If done the right way this wouldn’t be happening right now.

    Good morning *****,

Apparently, Mr. ******* misunderstood my policies for repairs, warranties and guarantees.  I'm not responsible for any parts bought by customers.  Which I explained to him.

Furthermore the employee at ********'s Auto parts made a misjudgment about switching the 3 rotors out or Mr. ******* did not understand.  All 4 should have been switched out for safety reasons.

Therefore, I am not responsible for this total.  Since the parts were purchased from ******** this dispute should be resolved store with ********'s store manager or Corp office.

Attached to this email is the receipt from ********'s and my correspondence with Mr. ******* via text.  Ryan did give Mr. ******* the information necessary to file the claim against ********'s to receive a refund.

Please feel free to contact me for further information and outcome.

    Thank you for your time.

    Sincerely,

    Carol B*****
