    I had scheduled Bowie and Brothers to help move me out of my apartment this past week. We had confirmed with them the night before and everything, so we were set up with a time for 10:30-11 the next day. The next day comes, and it's passed the window they gave us, but they were nowhere in sight, nor did they try to get a hold of us. I tried to call them several times to understand what happened, and after several attempts, when they did answer, they immediately hung up on me when I asked them what was going on. They simply texted me rudely about how their workers didn't show up that morning, so they weren't coming. They were very disrespectful, and the most significant thing was that we had to track them down to figure out they weren't coming. They never contacted us before to let us know they couldn't make it. I was then stranded with no movers and had to find a U-haul almost an hour way last minute to make sure I would be able to move out on time. We tried to call them a day later just to ask about the incident and they hung up on us again. I will never use their service again and advise anyone to think again before using them, they are beyond unprofessional and cannot be counted on.
