    So I went to this business to get my brows done . I was satisfied the first time she did my eyebrows. (Laminated) I scheduled another appointment for 6/24/23 I forgot about my appointment. Life took its course. I honestly forgot . However the owner of the company went into my bank account and took out $75 which I didn’t give her permission to do. I got an alert from my bank . I immediately contacted eye kandii about my money , that fee she took . Took my account into overdraft . Which I don’t ever allow to happen . She responded back with you agreed to the contract and so forth . Again I forgot about my appointment. I requested to get my funds back . Which she left me on read . I told her that’s FRAUD. Which it is $75 is a lot of money to give away for free. This shouldn’t be allowed to happen . I’m reporting because this needs to change to have access to my funds and someone to put their hands into my piggy bank is a MAJOR NO! I work hard for mines . I’m livid literally . I need my funds back ASAP . I need this issue resolved . I’m keep it professionally before I take this to the MAGISTRATE again this is FRAUD. I’ve received no service which means you get no FUNDS
