    I have asked numerous times over the past 12 months for this company to take me off their mailing list, yet I still receive unsolicited catalogs. I have never, and will never place an order with this company.

    Thank you for bringing the enclosed issue to our attention. I want to offer our deepest apologies for the trouble you experienced with Healthy Directions. I understand how frustrating this must have been for you. 

    After a full investigation, our records show we received no other communication from you requesting removal from our mailings. On February 8, 2023, we received your first request to withdraw you from our mailing list, and at that time, we removed your address from future mailings. 

    I want to let you know that when unsubscribing from our mailing list, it may take 90 days or more to remove your mailing address from our system, but I am not taking your dissatisfaction lightly. Your complaint has been forward to several key people in our organization to have your address removed immediately. 

    I appreciate you making us aware of your negative experience. Again, we are very sorry that this happened to you, but rest assured it will not happen again.
