Sealcoating and Crack sealing service performed on 4/21/2023.
Crack sealing rubber material used doesn't dry and I am getting tire marks on the driveway when wheel goes over it. They keep on telling me this is due to tires being turning while vehicle is ideal. They came out and just put more rubber filler in. This doesn't solve the problem that it keeps on making tire marks. Also, cracks that were filled by rubber has cracks in it already and it's not even 6 months. This is covered under warranty for remainder of calendar year. On 8/21, they promised to come out and fix the issue. I was told, ****** will contact me 2 days before I am scheduled. I have reached out via e-mail few times about when will they come out. It kept on getting pushed back and not they are telling me they showed up and fixed the issue on 8/21. This is a lie. I have attached my e-mail communication and invoice for reference.

If they are not going to come an fix the issue then provide refund of the services.

We seal coated *** *****'s driveway on 4/19/23 ...along with 16 other driveways on that day. All customers receive instructions on their invoices... as well as on our post sealcoating "leave behind piece" to specifically avoid stationary turns ( also referred to as "grinding of the cars tires ) as it may result in "tire marks" *** *****'s photos show tire marks...caused by stationary turns being done on his driveway. We came out and inspected his driveway...observed the tire marks and some filled cracks he claimed had settled. We returned to his driveway on 5/23/23 to " top off" the cracks he claimed had settled and again advised him to cease stationary turns ( the grinding of tires). We once again visited *** *****'s driveway on 8/21/23 after his questioning our warranty...which guarantees against any peeling or flaking of our seal coat. Upon our inspection, *** *****'s driveway had no peeling or flaking ...but continued to have tire marks. Tire marks will dissipate over time as long as one does not continue to do stationary turns over and over again in that area. *** *****'s attached photos and documents support what we have stated regarding tire marks and instructions on how to avoid creating them. In addition...we repeatedly responded to any and all concerns *** ***** had thoroughly and on a timely basis...as we do with any areas of concern our customers may sometimes have. Thank you.

    Best regards,

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because business never came out to inspect on 8/21. Tire marks are not from turning wheel while standing ideal. They promised to come out and fix it on 8/21 astheir email response shows. Marks have not gone away as stated on their response. I attempted to get a response from them so many times to come out and honor their work but they have not fulfilled their promise for substandard work.

I believe product that is being used is not curing and melts on hot days which causes this issue. I shouldn't be getting tire marks after 6 months of treatment.

If they are not going to get the issue fixed then they should refund the funds for the work.

    Regards,
