      All of these comments i agree with! No merch received, payment taken immediately, no tracking info, no response at several attempts...no wonder why they went out of business! Zero stars!

      I have ordered from this club before and was happy, so I ordered again on Dec. 7th for a Christmas gift. They took the $127.00 put of my account immediatly, sent me a notification that they had received my order, and would notify me when it shipped. Needless to say I have received nothing!! I have sent 3 requests for information and have been totally ignored.

      I placed an order in late June/ early July for their customizable club box where we got to pick what we wanted. I paid thru a party app where my total could be split in four payments, so because of that, I can’t get my refund. I never received my order. I emailed them a few times and never received an email back. I decided to not dispute it was roughly $60 and just eat the cost and never order again. All of a sudden in late November I get a notification that they have shipped my package when really a shipping label was created for usps but it never shipped and I emailed once again with no response

      this is a trap!!!!! once you sign up you cannot cancel no matter how many times you email!!! try calling you say, youll never get answer!!! For the love of god please cancel my subscription and loose my credit card info!!!! I have only recieved 1 box yet have been charged every month since December of last year!! Make it stop!!!
