Important Information
Customer Complaint
After investigating the company's marketplace activities, the BBB has determined that this company has a pattern of complaints alleging the use of scare tactics that their computers were infected with malware or viruses, claiming affiliation with well-know technical companies such as Comcast and Dell, and giving misguided information to lure consumers into paying large sums of money for virus protection and computer repairs. On December 22, 2015, the BBB sent correspondence to the company asking it to explain how it intended to resolve the above-referenced issues. On December 24, 2015, the BBB received correspondence from a court appointed Receiver indicating that he has suspended business operations of Click4support.
