    Business was supposed to provide me hairstyle shown in reference photos below. I was quoted $220, and ended up paying $250 (the doors were locked and it was 2:30 am when they "completed" my hair, and tried to charge me more when I asked them to finish it according to the photos for the price quoted. There was an attempt to seek resolution on my own but the business stopped responding & a ****** review was posted. Paid with *****.Talked to ***** (owner). I sent two reference images that clearly used human hair and specified exactly what I wanted in a text following. She quoted me $220 over the phone. When I sat in the chair, she told me it would actually be $250. She also failed to communicate the astronomical fee for paying with a card until i was hours into the style & the nearby atms were closed, but we were able to get around this by paying with venmo. When it got late, I asked numerous times to pay and come back in the morning to finish. instead i was held in the chair until nearly 2:30 am and left after paying $250 dollars for hair that was unfinished because the braider didn't understand the style. They did not offer to finish it for me at the quoted price & when ***** learned that she made a mistake, she didnt take a shred of accountability or try to make it right to ensure i was happy, she simply blamed me for not telling her more clearly that i wanted different hair on the ends (see my initial text message) told me that it was impossible to add until she did a sample braid to try to prove it (and we saw it was in fact possible), then said it would have been an extra $50 dollars for the style I'd said I wanted all along. I walked out without my ends unsealed and with her perfectly comfortable with me saying that I would have to try to finish it myself. When I tried to clear this up with her privately the next day by expressing my unhappiness, she insisted that it would be $50 more & that my hair wasnt botched by the salon before ignoring my messages.
