      Extremely Unprofessional Experience This has been the most unprofessional dealership Ive ever dealt with. I was interested in a car that was located about 50 minutes away, so I called ahead to confirm it was available. I was told it was on the lot. After making the drive, I was informed the vehicle had been transferred to *** for serviceno heads-up, no update, just a complete waste of my time.Despite that, I was still interested and asked if I could place a deposit to hold the car. I was told a deposit wasnt necessary and that Id be contacted as soon as the car returned. Over the course of this process, I spoke with three different employees, all of whom gave conflicting information about the status of the vehicle. To make matters worse, I was pre-approved through their own website, which stated I was good to go and just needed to finalize paperwork in person.Then I was suddenly told the vehicle had been soldon a Sunday. Most dealerships arent even open on Sundays, so that raised red flags. To top it off, no one returned any of my follow-up calls, and I later learned someone at the dealership purchased the car themselves.The lack of communication, misinformation, and overall runaround made for a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone.

      I was told I was approved for a 2024 Chevy equinox, then a 2024 **** that is no longer available. What you sold me without telling me first is a 2022 ******* tucson. I am already bringing it in for service as it seems that the battery is weak causing the transmission to fail and the car to stall. Your repair shop decided to call me back and proceed to tell me to take it elsewhere. Until I told them you sold me a lemon after your bait and switch technique

      Service quote for auto trans flush was 350. Was not made aware of higher price while the car was in for servicing, and I was waiting inside the dealership. Wont be back. Should have been made aware of the increase over quoted price for the service. From what I can tell (without the oil change) the trans service was ****** according to the service receipt I looked at on the desk. Thats over 100 dollars above quote and I checked twice before coming in. I could file a dispute charge with my bank card for this. I even have the text of the quote so it would not be hard to get some of the money back through the dispute process.

      I leased a new **** 500e from *** Shorkey **** in **********, ** in March 2025. As part of the transaction, I traded in a vehicle valued at $1,100. Because I didnt have the title at the time, I was told I could pay the amount up front and receive a refund once I submitted the title.After submitting the title to a dealership representative during a delivery, I was repeatedly told the check would be sent or delivered but it never came. I followed up multiple times over several weeks and was repeatedly ignored or given vague answers. Only after I began preparing to file a formal legal complaint did I finally receive confirmation that the check had been mailed.While the issue was eventually resolved, it took nearly three months, required legal pressure, and caused unnecessary stress. I wouldnt recommend this location based on the poor communication and failure to follow through on basic obligations.

      They sold a vehicle off them they told me it was inspected and good to go, i went to get it inspected and the vehicles frame is no good, i cant drive the vehicle i cant get it inspected i cant sell it, they werent legally allowed to sell a vehicle with a defect like this and refuse to resolve the issue

      Buyer beware: *** Shorkey CDJR in North Huntington is by far worst dealership. Their unreliable finance manager put the WRONG truck on our purchase contract. And they use deceptive methods on financing, trying to get you to focus only on the monthly payment vs actual accounting details. For instance, they ran our credit, advised of actual interest rate at 7.99 % but then increased interest rates to 8.39% on our contract. When we questioned, they claim the 7.99 % was what they tell all of their customers. Obvious gaslighting.

      I've been purchasing vehicles from *** shorkey group for 8 years but the one dealership *** shorkey chrysler north hills ripped me off I will no longer will be purchasing any car at *** shorkey group.

      Jim Shorkey Mitsubishi North Huntindon, PA Purchased used 2017 Outlander Sport July 2023 at ****** Miles. On 01-13-25 Car showed symptoms of acceleration delay, hard jerking motion, and loss of power. I took the vehicle to the dealership and they diagnosed the vehicle with the following codes- P0776, P0868, P0446, and quoted me $11,900! More than what the car was worth for a transmission replacement. I am now stuck with an unusable vehicle with a bad transmission, stuck with car payments. Warranty or not, this is shady! If I knew that this transmission was known to fail, I would not have purchased the vehicle. They Sold me a used vehicle with a *** transmission. My car failed on me after using only ****** miles on it. If I knew that this transmission was known to fail, I would not have purchased this vehicle. After doing research, this model with the *** transmission has a current lawsuit. Source- ************************************************* ***, the manager suggested that I filed an insurance claim, although this could indicate insurance fraud being that this was not caused by an accident, but an internal error as confirmed by the technician.

      I didnt even buy a vehicle from them but an employee from there finishing touch shop tried to start a fight with me today after he pulled out in front of me. After the idiot almost got there car totaled I got stopped at a light and when I get down by the finishing touch shop this idiot is standing outside with his arms in the air like he was going to do something. If I didnt have a life that I enjoy thi never mind that. Anyway I called and made a complaint but I doubt anything will happen.

      Sold truck that was rebuild/didn't tell us!!!/won't take it back!!!!/ screwed up r credit!
