      I would not purchase Chrysler Jeep Dodge ******** products. If something goes wrong with the vehicle it is hard to get parts to repair it. My Promaster Cityvan has been in the shop for 4 weeks now and the dealer and Chrysler still have no clue where the parts are or when they will be delivered. I believe this is a companywide problem and "the system" is not going to be fixed.I feel sorry for the employees when this company goes under.

      I'm leaving this review not specifically for this establishment. But for Kia as a whole. I live in an apartment complex and I can't park my vehicle near other cars? That is impossible. I need a remedy sooner than later like everybody else. There should be something you can do. It's absolutely ridiculous to be afraid to drive your car because it just may burst into flames. I know you guys read that when you sent these letters out. You know, that sounds incredibly stupid, right? Somebody has to do something quick, quicker than this. Another car temporarily or something You have to take a loss it's not our fault!

      I think people should not purchase a car from *** shorkey ***********. I worked out a deal with them but the day before picking up the car they lowered the internet price and when I asked them to take that amount off the price I agreed to pay they said that the car was in the shop in no longer available and that the manager that quoted it had COVID and couldn't call me back. This dealership is a joke

      ****************** is a joke! Took my 2015 mirage in for inspection and emission, a recall,oil change and check engine light on. They replaced fuel pump. Didn't make it out of ********** light came back on plus couldn't put fuel in it. I take it back the following Saturday. Replaced pump again because it was cracked? . Took it back home to put miles on it so the emission can be checked so the sticker can be put on. Well the light came back on and still won't take gas. Took it back down AGAIN! They say the fill tube had a kink in it plus now all of a sudden the exhaust needs fixed! They can't do it because they don't have a welder. How can you offer exhaust repair when you don't have a welder? It's Dec.13 and it's still not done. Never buying another mitsubishi vehicle ever again

      I recently received a letter from *** that there was a flaw in my sorento that *** cause a fire in the engine compartment. They don't have a fix yet but will call me when they do. What kind of c*** is this? I'm afraid to drive my car. Shouldn't *** be fined or otherwise penalized for this?

      Unfortunately all recalls are set and mandated by the manufacturer, along with the proposed fix and solutions, not us as the dealership. We would recommend you reaching out to them with any concerns you may have since we cannot control when the solution is provided - only servicing all recalls once they are. Thank you!

      The advertised a rate of 2.99 for 72 dollars a month. Went to dealership and they ran our credit report which we were told was a soft credit check which we came to find out does not exist. Than they said that was only available the amount of $15000. That was not stated on thier advertisement . So it was basically a bait and switch. The were rude when questioned They reported it was to help the customer and wa not related to KIA which it appeared on line.

      Without being sure exactly which store and advertisement is being referred to, it is difficult to address your review. There was a special running for KIA which clearly states 2.99 percent for up to 72 MONTHS with a max finance of $15,000 - but not $72? If there is confusion on how our specials apply and who qualifies for them it is best to reach out directly to the dealership the special is being offered by. We apologize for any confusion - however we do not have any specials with the parameters that you have shared.

      Took my vehicle in for service for electrical issues, oil change, and tire rotation. Picked it up a month later damaged and no oil change or tire rotation done. Its been a month and they said they would fix the damage done to my car but nobody will return my calls now. I am disabled and travel 4 hours one way for my treatments and cant afford to fix the damage they did to my car. Ive tried to be understanding and patient because I know things happen but they just wont do the right thing.

      Not repairing a car that we had for a week. Simple repairs will not take care of. Terrible sales interaction lots of promises but not results. A completely bad experience all around. All we wanted was a car we could drive off the lot without any failures. In progress

      We purchased a 2021 Toyota RAV4 on September 15th. We live in a different state. There was an issue with the odometer reading on the title. We can't get the vehicle registered in our state without a notarized odometer statement from Toyota. I have emailed, left messages and called countless times. I can't get a response from anyone. Today alone we have called 5 times and left 5 messages. Our temporary tags expire soon and we will be paying for a car we can't even register. This is beyond ridiculous!

      I spoke with the ****** today and he said his wife spoke with our Title Clerk, ******, yesterday and the issue has been resolved. After talking with him, we discovered he had been emailing one of our Finance Managers that has been off for the past couple of weeks. **************** said now he understands why he did not get a response from ******. Our conversation ended well with me assuring him that our Title Clerk ****** will check back with them to make sure they have everything they need and the issue has been resolved on both ends.

      We traded in a leased vehicle. The warranty had $182 refund owed to us. At first *******, in finance, helped, and the paperwork for the refund was completed July 14, 2023. As of September 26, 2023, we have yet to receive the refund. I have sent numerous emails and left messages for ******* to recontact me, with negative results. I read an answer from *** Shorkey's General Manager, to another review that the money was returned to the lien holder. I contacted the lease company, who confirmed the lease was paid off, by the dealer, two days after the vehicle was traded in (June 16) and no other payments have been received. It's a shame that it is ok to ghost someone, especially over $182.
