      I purchased a vehicle and its been a nightmare with their service dept.Multiple visits. They forgot about me and picked me up late to get my car. It was dirty inside and out and not fixed. Return trip to fix issues resulted in their employee wrecking my car causing over $7k of damage. Now they will not even try to make this right and they lied about the wreck. Everyone from service desk to the gm...LIED.never again will I tell anyone to go to a shorkey lot. Worst car buying experience.EVER.* you have to leave a star but honestly their at -5 stars imo.

      Felt mislead and misdirected by lack of accurate info. After the fact of purchase customer service was awful. No return phone calls and avoiding messages left to be contacted in a professional time frame. No wonder they have poor BBB ratings.

      There is no way I'm every buying another vehicle from this dealer again. I've been waiting 2 months for a check they owe me and now they won't return my calls. ********** *** Shorkey

      My husband and I purchased a brand new Outlander, fresh off the truck. It has had nothing but problems. Again, this is a brand new vehicle. We have had it for almost a year now and he has taken it in for problems 5 times. The first 2 times we took it in, these so called mechanics messed up our leather and almost broke our door. There have been 2 different recalls on it that we've had to take it in for. This dealership does not care how long they have the vehicle. They do not care if it inconveniences you or how many times it's been an inconvenience. They are not open on weekends so any time there has been a problem, it's been inconvenient and one of us has missed work. This is unacceptable for a big name dealership and NOT ONE manager has helped us out. NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND.
