    I placed an order to have picked up in store however ***** marked the package undeliverable due to Clarks error. I spoke with 2 customer service reps at the 339 number neither of them expressed any empathy would not take the extra step to see if the pkg could be located and shipped correctly just an offer of a refund! These shoes are out of stock and not returning and this is all that I get was 2 insensitive representatives of the matter. It looks bad on ***** which has been a strong company for many years. I am a frequent buyer but this left a bad experience!

    Horrible, horrible customer service.
    After being on hold for 30 minutes, the agent spoke over me, was rude and refused to help me with a promo code issue. He said one of the codes had expired (no expiration date was given with code) and the second promo code couldn't be honored and I have no idea why (the error message on the website didn't make sense so there is an issue). Their promo codes are a bait and switch so watch out.
