    first the tracking information for my amazon package disappeared and claimed delivery was expected december 31st of the year 0001. i reached out to the company who claimed this was normal and asked for my phone number. they claimed i would be contacted to schedule an appointment for delivery so i could sign for the package. they finally send me a text with a link to schedule 2 weeks later. the link did not work so i called customer support who claimed my appointment was already scheduled for tomorrow from 3-7. with no real notice i had to call off work and sit by the door all night waiting only for no one to show up. so i called customer support again and was told the carrier never picked up or received my order and that they would get back to me quickly. 4 days went by, nothing. i then called support again and was hung up on 4 times without even talking to anyone. so i called the carrier and they said they still had no record of my order. then i was driving by my house christmas eve and noticed a truck out front that was about to leave. on a hunch i turned around and flagged the truck down. turns out it was pilot freight delivering my package through a totally different carrier. they showed up unannounced at 3:15 pm on christmas eve. so i signed for the package. then pilot freight (maersk) emails me half an hour later to notify me to expect my package today without any explanation or time to expect the driver. it was pure luck that i happened to be driving by when they got there. and they gave the driver the wrong phone number so he couldnt even call me. this company is terribly unprofessional and i wouldn't trust them to deliver a pack of toilet paper, let alone the $2000 TV i ordered. the guy driving the truck was very nice and professional, not his fault.

    This is the worst shipping company *** ever dealt with. They waited a week to pick up my package I ordered. They misrouted my package to ****** where it has been all week. The trucking company that has my package in ****** has not shipped my package all week and maersk has no explanation as to why its been there all week without being shipped. The trucking company in ************* they will ship it back to ** before having it shipped to me which does not make sense since it shipped from LA originally. Ive spoken to over 40 representatives at Maersk and they keep giving me incorrect information about my package and no one can tell me where my package currently is nor can they give me an exact delivery date. Ive spoken to over 40 representatives at Maersk and have been thrown around between all their hub locations and transportation trucking companies and as of right now all they can say it was a mistake on their part but refuse to exposure my package due to their own error. Company shouldnt be allowed to ship packages when none of them knows whats going on with customers packages. Worst experience of my life with shipping and right now Im still waiting with un answered questions and no package!

    This company picked up a return from my porch and provided their own return label for that from an amazon order. Upon taking that box they also took another box from my property that said “UPS please take” and clearly had a ups label on it. When I called them they told me their driver did take it and they found my other package at their dock and would forward it to ups for me. A woman there said she took it to the ups store in Robinson after work. Per the ups store nobody has ever taken them my package they even checked security cameras and the tracking still is not moving on the package. Ups claims will not help me because they state they never got the package. Pilot really needs to make this right this is theft I want to know where my other package is (valued at around $100) that they took or I want my money for what they took from me before further action is pursued.
