      ******** customer service! A few of my recent online orders were cancelled with no explanation. I have called their customer service to inquire further and was informed that someone will reach out within 72 hours. No response so far, not even a recognition email that the call took place. I will not shop from them again.

      Horrible customer service. Customers are not notified of delays in packages. Shipping is an absolute nightmare. For what they charge customer service should be impeccable. Will never shop there again!!!

      I have been shopping at ****** for years but my last experience & customer support from ****** was terrible My order AP31795627 was placed, received it, two dresses, both had issues, called Anthro numerous times, they kept telling me that they were trying to reach the seller, I tried also but the seller was not responding. In short I cannot use the two dresses and Anthro is not taking any responsibility. I will never shop again.

      Anthropologie is probably the store I've shopped most frequently with. Back in February 2024, I ordered a friend in ******** who just lost her family dog a candle. It just so happened that around the same time I ordered myself (I live in **) the same candle. My package never arrived, so I reached out to Anthropologie's chat for a reshipment, which was granted but the online rep messed up and shipped it to my friend in ********. I only caught the mistake when I saw the "your package is out for delivery" email and reached out to Anthropologie for their error. They then issued me a refund and said I could ask my friend to refuse shipment (which I don't even know how one would do in this day and age when the *** person just drops off the package, marks as delivered, and leaves). I was never told I needed to ask my friend to return the package. I never thought twice about this and had been shopping with Anthropologie as usual. Placed an online order as recently as last month. Fast forward to now end of July 2024, I tried to place an order, which got cancelled due to a restriction on my account. I was dumbfounded. After spending hours on the internet, I realized this may be due to an unreturned item that was refunded. I realized, oh it could be the candle. The online chat and customer phone call could only escalate for internal review to reach out to me via emails in the next 72 hours, which didn't sound promising. Eventually, I did find a dispute number on Reddit that I called and was connected to an agent, who told me my account was restricted because of the candle I didn't return in February. To recap, five months ago, an online rep messed up a reshipment address, issued me a refund, expected me to return the package even though it was shipped to thousands of miles away. Five months went by and I receive zero communication about this, only to find out today I got banned by them because I owed them $62 for a candle. Horrendous business practice.

      I ordered a bodysuit on sale for $17 along with other items. My order shipped but the bodysuit was missing. I immediately contacted customer service and as told the bodysuit was out of stock but I could reorder in another color at full price $58 plus shipping and be refunded the price difference and shipping. I did this and contacted CS 4x in same day to try and get this done. Chat was also disconnected and the adjustment was never made. Im at the end of my rope. A customer shouldnt have to contact for a missing item in the first place it should have been refunded as soon as it was unable to be shipped. I wont be shopping here anymore:

      Accidentally placed a duplicate order and immediately tried to cancel it. This was for a furniture order over $2500. The online cancellation feature wouldn't allow me to cancel the order. Then I tried to call customer service but was put on hold for the next available rep., so I started a chat with customer service. After being stonewalled for 34 minutes, I was given a phone number for a furniture rep who entered a "Request for Cancellation"". We shall see if they cancel this duplicate order because there's no guarantee. I called my credit card company who will block the charge if Anthropologie decides not to cancel. The amount of time it took just to get a phone number of a person with the ability to help me was ridiculous. I downloaded a transcript of the chat and number of times the representative told me the order was too far along and couldn't help me would drive a sane person crazy. Also, when I spoke with my credit card company the rep told me all merchants have the ability to cancel/void orders. Obviously, Antropologie makes order cancellation and returns as difficult as possible for customers. I won't order anything online from them again.

      I purchased a dress on the Canadian site (I have the screen shot) but was charged the same amount in USD and customs fees. I understand if a site has to charge in USD, but there should be a conversion. I contacted Anthropologie immediately via live chat (I kept the transcript) and was told they would look into it and get back to me. Not hearing from them in the time provided I contacted customer service through live *** and asked for help. I was told that there was nothing they could do, and that I purchased on the US site. I was disconnected many times on the *** and no one was able to help other than to say they would escalate and it would be another 72 hours. I called the call centre and got exactly the same answers. I asked for a supervisor that gave me the same answers (you purchased on US site) - but offered to cancel the order or send to their finance department. I did say to go to finance; however, changed my mind as the entire process was so frustrating. I asked for them to cancel, and the was told it was too late. I tried text again, and again no help. No understanding, no admission of Anthropologies error, no offer of goodwill and no offer to correct. Only more waiting. Forget the website, shop in the stores if you want Anthropologie clothing.

      I tried to order an item, they received the order and took my money and never sent the product. When I finally got someone on the phone they said my account had been restricted since 2021 due to not returning an item they sent that I didnt return that they gave me a refund for but yet couldnt show me the item but what I do know is thats NOT how I operate. I dont steal and the fact Im just now learning of this is sickening.

      My order was well over $50 so should have qualified for free shipping per the free shipping on orders over $50 promo on the website. I tried to use the chat feature and was given a bot that couldnt help, tried to call the number and was on hold forever until I gave up, finally was able to text with a real person after lots of time wasted with another not only to have them say I wasnt charged shipping (I sent my credit card screenshot, confirmation reciept, and confirmation screen) showing I was charged. Then I was told I would be reimbursed the shipping cost without 48 hours. Fine. 1 hour later I get an email saying my entire order has been cancelled. When I went through the whole text bot ordeal again to find out why I was disconnected several times only to say someone from their team will review it and email me back in 72 hours no apology or explanation or remediation.
