      Got ripped off . Ordered online. Still have receipts. Been almost a year. I Never received product. I Never received a refund. The anthropology online store is a 100% scam.

      Wish I could give zero stars. Ordered an item and it never arrived after paying for expedited shipping and the agents continue to say I have to wait 24 hours. Okay I have waited 24 hours for four days now. Absolutely ridiculous and they have no solution, won’t refund me, won’t send another item and it was over $200! Just ridiculous.

      I wish I could give negative stars.
      I put 6 items on my wedding registry from Anthropologie. For a comapny that has a bridal wing I'd assume they'd be comfortable and able to handle wedding registries. FALSE. Their registry never notifies you of an order of the registry, an estimated arrival date, and they do not send the name of the person who purchased the item - which is kind of th whole point of a registry?
      Of the 6 things that were pruchased from my registry 5 of them arrived with damaged items. 1 of them never arrived (not like I knew it was coming). It was ordered a few days after our wedding and I was only notified through my Knot registry account that an item had been ordered. I followed up with a service agent after a few weeks with no package (10/30/22) and was told the item hadn't shipped and because of that they did not have a name to give me for who ordered the gift.
      I followed up today (11/16/22) and was told that the item was delivered on 10/13...the service agent I spoke to wasn't able to clarify the confusion over what items had actually been shipped but I was finally able to get a name. After some more confusion I called to speak to a supervisor who offered me an incredibly patronizing and inauthentic apology and told me that since I'd now reported the item as undelivered the guest who rodered the items would get a refund....I have spent about 3 hours of my life dealing with the inadequacies, inefficiencies, and stupidity of this company and it's staff and I'm done.
      I will never shop at Anthro, BHLDN, or any of it's sister stores again. Theyve made what should be a lovely experience a headache from hell.

      THE WORST customer service! The worst Business ethics! They send dirty used items. Not new. They backorder and CANCEL orders all the time. Customer service LIES to you and are just unprofessional. The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They can't fulfill the orders they receive and constantly cancel them. VERY unfair and it is an issue. Seems like they pick and choose who gets what and if they want to even GIVE YOU the items you purchased & paid for. SHADY business and they need to be in investigated for their business practices.

      Horrible customer service and sketchy labels in returning or exchanging items totally lost?! Really? This is a joke! I ordered these jeans and wanted the same pair in the same size. All good, meanwhile there are Labor Day sales on them, but I wait for my previously purchased item while not on that sale. Now the item is supposedly lost? Though the order number didn’t exist?! I still held hope. Now I’m supposedly going to be refunded when really someone intervened as I got a weird return label, or they are so bad they conduct and support horrible business practices. What a crap shoot. So disappointed and I’ve been a loyal customer far to long for this slap in the face!! I’m floored. Bad business.

      I bought a dress and some earrings and the security tag was still on when I got home. Then When I took it back they removed the tag. But I bought a couple other things and they overcharged me $10 on a dress. I realized that when I got home and I called the store and complained.
