      Fast shipping and decent price but got an email notification with tracking info 6 days(Aug.16th) after the product had already arrived (Aug. 10th)

      Don't remember seeing the $10 return shipping fee when I ordered my boots. I thought the return process was without a charge, but it will make me remember next time around.

      When asking whether I received my order, may I suggest you cite the order number as well as the date?
