      -I purchased 2013 ******* *** car on July 20th 2022. $6700 Cash . Warranty for 100$ ( faulty warranty not legit *read below -Car completely cut off on *** ******* two states over in NY 4 days later with my kids in the car. July 24th 90° Weather. - I then on the spot had to wait for not one but two tows . **** ***(which can only tow to the nearest road no where else. ($140). -From NYPD tow drop-off location I then had to find a trusted mechanic and call another towing company ($130) -After testing and running diagnostics,mechanic came to the conclusion that car alternator had stopped working . ($240) - I had to then call a friend who live about 30 mins away and beg her to bring me and kids home to NJ Where I am originally from . I offered 200 for tolls and time . -Next day I went to First Class Auto land (paying a friend who luckily had time) And told them everything . The car was still not started . The mechanic let them know he was waiting on our call he was going to be so kind and put in the alternator he was the one who serviced car . Once car was serviced and running mechanic called and we were told to go get car . Once we came all the way back to First Class Auto Group ,car was still never serviced. And that point thermostat meter was rising . But car not over heating to the point where it it's on the H. - On that same day we brought car back a gentlemen took the car to what he said was their mechanic . He brought the car back about 10 minutes later and said car is fine car is not over heating . That was it . Nothing was actually checked . -it wasn't until I brought the car back two or three days later for thermostat . The gentlemen had just said there was no over heating car is fine. He actually brought us to where gheir mechanic was and the shop is a dump . Mechanic didn't look at car one bit and just said . It could be a couple of things . -Once I followed up with ******* warranty then didn't send me my reimbursement until aug,25th 2022 for 200$?

      DEAR SIR/MADAM,

      PLEASE FIND A COPY.OF THE DOCUMENTS THAT WERE AGREED UPON BY BOTH FIRST CLASS AUTOLAND AND ** ******** *******. OUR DEALERSHIP TRIED TO ASSIST ** ******* IN A FAIR AND EQUITABLE WAY IN REGARDS TO HER 2013 ******** ***, VIN # *****************.SHE PURCHASED THE CAR FROM FIRST CLASS AUTO LAND AT A GREATLY DISCOUNTED PRICE WITH A 3 MONTH/4500 MILE PARAGON LIMITED WARRANTY.ON 07/20/2022.ABOUT A WEEK LATER SHE RETURN TO THE LOT COMPLAINING THAT SHE HAD TO PUT OUT MONIES FOR SOME REPAIRS TO HER VEHICLE ALONG WITH A TOW BILL. WE IMMEDIATELY HAD THIS VEHICLE CHECKED OUT AGAIN, AND WAS GIVEN A CLEAN BILL OF HEALTH. WE APOLOGIZED TO MS MOORING AND TOLD HER THAT SOME TIME USED CARS AS WELL AS NEW CARS CAN DEVELOP PROBLEM NOT PICKED UP IN INITIAL CHECK OUT UNLESS YOU SPECIFICALLY LOOK FOR THAT PROBLEMS LIKE HERS WHICH SHE SAY WAS THE ALTERNATOR. WE THEN AGREED ON A PLAN OF COMPENSATION,.$400 HUNDRED DOLLARS BEING RETURN TO HER, TO COVER THE PARTS AND THE TOWING, AND SINCE SHE THOUGHT THEIR MAYBE A OVERHEATING SITUATION, WE HAD THE VEHICLE RE-CHECKED BY A DIFFERENT MECHANIC, AND SHE WAS GIVE A CLEAN BILL OF HEALTH AND WE TOLD HER THAT SOMETIMES A REPAIR FACILITY MAY TRY TO UPSELL A CUSTOMER ON REPAIRS NOT NECESSARILY NEEDED. SHE AGREED THAT THIS WAS A FAIR COMPENSATION, BUT SHE WAS STILL CONCERNED ABOUT OVERHEATING IN THE FUTURE AND WE TOLD HER THAT SHE HAD A WARRANTY AND SHE LEFT THE LOT SAYING THAT SHE WAS SATISFIED, NEXT THING WE KNOW YOUR LETTER CAME TO THE OFFICE...
