    The Greenfield Intercultural Center with University of Pennsylvania booked a charter with Southeastern Stages, Inc here in Atlanta, GA in July of 2022, here it is almost a ENTIRE year later and we have still yet to receive the full payment for services rendered. Contact has been made, and we were told to give it until the end of May before the fiscal school year was over, it is now June 6th 2023 and still no action from their end.

    Our expectations when booking a charter with us are as follows:
    A deposit is required after you receive our contract. By doing this you reserve your bus for your departure date.
    Final payment for charter service is due and payable at least 14 days in advance of the charter date (unless otherwise agreed upon).

University of Pennsylvania is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.

To become accredited, a business must agree to BBB Standards for Trust and pass BBB's vetting process.
