      About $60 worth of stuff, ************************ the hospital. Well, the problem is my idea was expired by 2 weeks but I was in the hospital for 2 months with major surgery and all I ordered was food items and those food items were comfort foods while I'm in the hospital well. Because my idea was expired for 2 weeks and I already paid for everything with my card and everything else they left with the stuff that I ordered. *** said that I could not get refunded so they, everything I ordered they took with them. And they left and they just said nothing we can do.You got your ideas expired so we don't owe you a refund.And they walked out and then slashed.I heard from this company.I've emailed them.I've called and nothing.I've gotten no satisfaction just ignored

      I regret purchasing with this company, I signed up for what they claimed would be a "free trial", and also said "I can delete my subscription", and was charged AFTER deleting my subscription and now they refuse to refund me.

      worst customer service I have ever seen. I had to talk to four different customer service reps and everyone except ******* was a failure. I cant believe i gave this company any money

      I waited an hour for my order, they loaded too many deliveries (2 other orders being dropped off before mine). I watched this driver drive in opposite directions and make multiple stops that were not the drop off locations. I got a phone call from an Indian gentleman with a thick accent saying that the driver had a flat tire (bogus according to watching the map they provide). When I asked about a refund or discount, the gentleman told me to call customer service and hung up on me. I reached out to a live representative through the app, the representative also spoke broken English and had a hard time understanding my complaints. Ultimately, they cancelled the order, refunded the money (3-5 business days) and gave me a 10 dollar credit I will never use. This is shameful customer service, no accountability for employees, and upsetting that a company that charges so many fees, also outsources to presumably *****, where those employees have a language barrier and hang up on customers. ******************** is a disgusting business and will never be used again by myself or my family. Shame on them.

      This is a scam and unacceptable. They charged me twice for items they cancelled and I never received. They took my money off my card which was my last and I can't even talk to no one because everything is automated... I feel like I was robbed and will NEVER be using go puff again. I want my money back!

      Terrible customer service. I cancelled the app years ago and have been getting charged since. Its been so long I don't even remember my log in information. I have asked for help multiple times and ending up having to DM on their instagram account. They told me to fill up a form and will get back to me. I haven't heard back from them. They are scam and make it almost impossible for you cancel your membership and stop being charged. I cant even use GOPuff because of where I live. If I could give them no stars I would because the way they treat their customers is appalling!

      If 0 stars could be given, it would. Go puff refused to refund on my order due to them not being able to validate my id. My Id is valid, accepted during traffic stops, travel, entering government buildings, etc. GoPuffs inability to validate my information sounds like a them problem. With this being said, they refused to refund me the cost of my purchase, can we say crooks. I will be deleting this app and taking my business to more credible sources. Sad, they werent always like this..

      My $23 order under up being just over $42. The first thing was lack of clarity about a promotion and HIDDEN fees that doubles my expenses. I was not shown all of these fees, driver tip, etc hat DOUBLED my expenses. I also never recieved a detailed email breakdown of my order . Then when I rated the order, they disguise send extra tip with the submit button and you cant undo it. this is horrible treatment of the customer. Deceptive and wrong. there is not reason to take so much money without clearly stating why and giving you a full breakdown before you confirm your ORDER or hit send. I will not recommend this deceitful business to anyone.

      I just deleted my account. One of my order included strawberries but they were spoiled and they kindly credited me $5. A few days later, I placed another order, some items were on sale. Today, I wanted to place an order again, and I realized that they had never issued the $5 credit. I contacted them, and I had to jump through hoops. For some reason, the money I saved ordering the items that were on sale happened to be $5. Now they claim that this is the credit they issued. I took screenshots of our convo and I will happily provide them.
