      The driver couldnt deliver the order and after calling the office, they refused to refund it. Seems to be a common theme.

      This has happened to me twice they have charge me for 2 subscriptions in a few months. That I didn't want either one. The first one they said I didn't have a subscription but I still didn't get my money back. They a few months later I need something an didn't have away to the store so I orders again an they now say I had a free tail for a month starting on 4/4 but they just took it out on May 18

      A horrible company. Didn't deliver my order and driver was unresponsive and uncaring. No phone number to request a refund. I'll be disputing the charge.

      I am a driver to for Gopuff and let me tell you their pay isnt very fair. The customer thinks that we get the delivery fee which we dont if you deliver three orders 12 miles one-way I only rake $3.25 for all three orders, Ive put almost ****** miles on my car since I began this journey with Gopuff seven months ago and I cant even afford to get new tires or an oil change maintenance on my car in my car if I make $100 in 12 to 13 hours you 65 that has to go back in my gas tank so what I really made for the day working my **** off all day driving around in rush-hour traffic in this heat, not a **** thing is not fair when it comes to their pay structure and they dont even make the customer tip you half the time that doesnt even cover my gas for 1 mile not to mention the hard times that everyones in right now. Prices are through the roof I pay over five dollars a gallon for my vehicle , its a complete waste of time. Yeah its good for quick. I need some gas. Im hungry but you cant make a living on it and youll run your car through the ground working for this company they used to pay you 350 per order now, they just group them all together and pay you 350 for three and four orders not fair , Go Puff gets rich why we just sit here driving our cars into the ground when I started this journey I had ****** miles on my car. Im pushing ****** now nobody can talk to nor do they care crappy company to deliver for think again before you sign up for that, Gopuff .

      I had and order and i placed another order and contacted customer service and the only thing that have is a chat no phone service to help and they could only offer a redelivery no refund or atleast a credit

      I was charged for a yearly subscription when I only wanted a monthly membership. I had to go through my bank after exhausting all GoPuff customer service. I was still charged for one full year. And if I wanted to order anything else, I am told that I need to sign up for another membership! Really? I have been charged for 1 &1/2 years of membership! And I cant get my money back!

      I had them cancel one of my orders and just expected since it was cancelled it would go on my card. Nothing posted so I contacted support they said since it wasn't in two hours from when canceling order they couldn't provide compensation. They basically robbed me . Bad business and horrible support to good customers

      I don't even know where to begin with this company. I'll tell the story of why people should avoid using them.
      1. I placed an order some time ago and the driver who was dispatched made me feel uncomfortable after the delivery. He took it upon himself to come back to my residence to leave his personal phone number with the company sticker. The company did help but I feel as if they did the bare minimum anyways

      2. I recently tried placing an order and wanted to use a different method of payment. I had some issues with the first attempt and then at the second attempt they locked my account and provided vague reasons what were not relevant to what I tried to do. I filled out the support form and also chatted with an agent and then received an email moments later that my account was permanently closed-with no explanation from some agent named Kyle. I've been a customer with these people for years and they basically just spat in my face and told me to go away. Avoid using this company at all costs. I will also be taking this complaint to the BBB and possibly my AG in my state.

      I have just received notice that I signed up for a 70 ish dollar go puff renewal so I’m assuming it’s a year membership? I did not do this and have already messaged my bank as well as contacted customer service and changed my password.
