      gopuff terminated my account because i was using ***** credit cards which offer $10 gopuff credits monthly, gopuff all of the sudden started charging my credit cards with a different merchant name rather than "gopuff" so the ***** promotion won't automatically apply to my purchases, i started submitted disputes to get my monthly $10 back which is what has been advertised as one of the card holder benefits but then gopuff terminted my gopuff account, what a shame!!! if you cannot afford this deal then don't even bother advertising as such!!

      Absolutely disgusting practices. They try to lure you into making purchases with reward offers, but fail to tell you that redeeming a item that you earned somehow counts as a coupon, making it so the regular coupons they have make the rewards completely pointless. Their customer service is some of the worst I've seen refusing to offer solutions to your problem and refusing to cite where in their toc states these things.

      I will absolutely be seeking legal action against these false advertisers and seeking a refund for orders I've placed trying to get these rewards.

      This company discriminates against people who have a driving record. Even though you’re using your own vehicle and car insurance. I’m glad I was hired by grubhub. A company that believes in second chances. Because people make mistakes gopuff! not only did they lose a potential employee but they also lost a potential future customer. I will forever recommend anything other than gopuff to family and friends.

      i ordered from this service not too long ago and the fact that GOPUFF has no phone number to reach out is BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY DISAPPOINTING. i am filing a complaint against this company because they refuse to give me my refund and that the drivers from this company was very UNPROFESSIONAL and did not do anything to resolve my issue and instead the driver that delivered at the wrong address harassed me while I WAS TRYING TO GET MY ORDER AS I HAVE INFORMED THEM IT IS MY ORDER AND THIS MUST REPORTED SHARED THIS AWARENESS ASAP BECAUSE THIS IS UNFAIR AND UNACCEPTABLE AND I HOPE THIS BUSINESS LOSE RUNNING BUSINESSES AND I WILL NOT TOLERATE THIS BUSINESS AS PROFESSIONAL AS THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME MULTIPLE TIMES. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS EVER AGAIN!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I DO NOT NEED THEIR RESPONSES.       Go puff is one of the worst delivery apps ever. This is coming from a driver. They treat their drivers terribly. They have us circling around the customers location for hours at a time. The app is not efficient orders erase they do not pay you consistently like they say also, they make it seem like they’re assisting you a.k.a. the customer service but really they’re not helping you they’re really assisting the customer and really all they care about is the customer the customers don’t treat us right they tip us $.10 a dollar to go like 20 miles or 6 miles out we hardly get pay. Every order is like two dollars each day they keep cutting down our wages. They also keep taking on more drivers, knowing that they do not have that many orders going out. This takes away from the normal drivers that are consistently there each day. Yes, we all have to eat, but if you have a seating for a certain amount each day, and then you start taking away from that that means we’re theoretically eating less as the driver it almost seems like you can’t even take a break either you doing all these hours and it seems like if you pull to the side and get something to eat, they tracking you or you’re gonna get in trouble I would not suggest working for Gopuff. They are really a bad company and they do not care about the customer and they do not care about the driver and to be honest they care more about the customers than they do the drivers if we have any issues that we run into during the order we can’t even call them and them help us all they tell us is that they’re going to call the customer if I called the customer and they didn’t answer. What’s the difference of you calling the customer it’s just all that and it makes it not worth it. I believe that Gopuff should be sued because they are breaking many labor laws many regulations. I’m sure that they have. The workers work under horrible conditions the bathroom is horrendous inside the facility they don’t clean it hardly they never mop.

      Go puff is the worse how do you terminate someone that has proof of them delivering they orders it’s insane how they treat people I’m making sure that everybody I no dot tell them never work for them because they full of shit.       I never got a wrong order dropped, the local BevMo is amazing for never eFFing up! They are amazing, not once have they gotten an order wrong. But, however, there is shit that gets greedy: GoPuff is no longer the same company. The owners got greedy and money hungry they decided to go ahead and partner up with Silicon Valley’s UBER. Which only means we can no longer see them on the map, they don’t speak English, and nobody follows attention to the details. This is what happens when you go WOKE. Everything was so perfect until we can all longer see them on the map…. Nobody pays attention to detail anymore because they decided to go quantity over quality… ! I miss the days where we can see the driver on the map a few streets away, so I can come out and greet them (just in case they have not followed instructions not to come to the door) … literally nobody’s paying attention to detail anymore… This company is going to shit. The only crazy part is that we have to keep using it because this is our only way to get alcohol at night….until I come Up with my new ‘in works with all grocery stores’ company. Y’all ain’t shit. Let’s go COMPETITION!
