On January 23, 2017, the BBB requested information from the company regarding a pattern of complaints alleging the company's not meeting the obligations or guarantees of consumer contracts for the provision of its services, denying consumers’ claims that were purportedly covered, and difficulty cancelling contracts and obtaining refunds. Although the firm has responded to and addressed most customer complaints presented to it by the BBB, it has failed to specifically respond to the BBB’s request to address the underlying issues and correct its practices to eliminate the pattern of complaints.
