    I moved in here 2 years ago. The leasing agent explained to me that aside from the rent ($1200) and water ($25) No money electricity because the system had not been set up yet. I've made full, on time or early payments for 2 years. $0 balance each month.The electricity portion has always been blank.Rent is due on the 27th, at the latest and I paid on the 19th. No sign of an electric bill Yesterday, (March 8th) I received 3 emails from the management office about my failure to pay an outstanding electricity bill for $313.00 that needed to be paid, retroactively and immediately. No notification, no explanation. This is bad practice They then send another e-mail to disregard the previous e-mail because they had never notified me that the process was COMPLETE! They then informed me about their new metering system... YESTERDAY for the first time with the company that administers it. They said that they would give me time to pay because they had not notified me that the process was complete. After thinking about it I wrote Management to tell them that I was never notified of any of this and that I would visit them when I got home from work. I visited the Management Office and was met with hostility within 2 minute of arriving. While explaining the issue to the building assistant. A man who I did not know was the owner asked me to get the "**** out," "we've been paying it all of this time," "You should feel lucky that you live here and haven't had to pay." He then introduces himself as *** ********* or **** *********"We don' have to notify you," and threatens to call the police if I don't get out. I asked him to call the police but he didn't. After witnessing his reaction his assistant ask us to speak outside. She told me that she understood my side of the story but that it was not up to her. He made me seem delinquent in rent or a squatter. I was asking why wasn't I notified of this change and that I should start after we are notified of it.
