    I purchased a condo from Finch Development in November 2022, which was built in 2020. Soon after moving in, we started to notice the outside deck/balcony being at a slight slant. We contacted the builder, Finch Development, but they were not responsive. Eventually, the deck/balcony collapsed which caused damage to the property. Luckily no one was injured.After several escalations, Finch Development finally responded and came to inspect the damage. They took responsibility for the damage and identified the root cause was improper flashing/weather sealing.They installed temporary support and told us they would soon begin the rebuild process. This occurred over 8 weeks ago. Since then, they have not answered any communication. Aside from the property damage still unresolved, they left all of the dismantled materials from the deck in our outside patio. Broken glass. nails and screws are everywhere. Heavy building material blocks any use or access of the patio. It also blocks all access to trash receptacles. We have received no response at all from Finch Development or the Project Manager, ********************* in over 6 weeks, even after countless emails, texts, phone calls, voice mails. They are intentionally avoiding and ignoring all attempts to resolve the issue, even after they took accountability for it.In the coming weeks I will be pursuing legal action against Finch Development and *********************, but want the BBB to be made aware of the unethical and unprofessional business practices of Finch Development and *********************.Attached letter is from the third party company that Finch Development hired to complete the rebuild. We have also attempted to contact this company but have not receive any response.

    Finch Development did not build this home and this person did not purchase this home from Finch Development.
    We did not build or sell this home to this person. It is also our understanding that this issue has since been resolves anyways.

    Please remove this complaint immediately.
