    BIG SCAM, do not rent from KIDDMA LLC, they have poor communication, disrespectful, and money hungry. Renting from them was a rip off, utility bill was always $300 and up from some reason, rodents, scratching noise and animals noises coming from behind *************** and leaky ceiling everytime it rained. Old a** windows my window fell out the window seal one day it was snowing. Maintenance came and put tape on my window and never came back to fix after multiple maintenance request. I always was calling maintenance different people would show up to do a half a** job say they would be back but would never see them again. Poor management the people that work in the office can barely speak English it was a huge language barrier never was on the same page. Save yourself the trouble do not rent from these people all they want is your money and they arent reasonable at all. Also it was a different person everytime I would call I could never seem to talk the main person who was in charge. Never answered the phone even at reasonable hours imagine if it was an emergency. And last but not least the apartment had a weird smell like a dead animal was between the walls and sometimes it smelled like mold/mildew.

    Horrible rental Company Things dont get fixed right away and or not taken care of And yet they want to raise the rent If u raise the rent make sure ur property is worth raising the rent
