      The helmet i ordered was great! However buying one in person is near impossible! Tried to order the ******* Mod helmet in person. This was not possible and I was told if you wanted it so bad, go buy it online because I am not going to sell it to you here. Tried explaining to **** the store manager that if he looked at my past orders he would see I ordered a large and it was to big, so I ordered a medium and it was a perfect fit however the face shield lock was broken and had to return the helmet and wait for them to be in stock again. **** did not want to take a moment to look at the order history and chose to say well I am not ordering it for you. If a manager is able to have that much power to stop a sale, I wonder how many others he has stopped due to his own opinion. At the time I ordered the helmet, reviews were at 36 and 9 of them stated the helmet fits large, making it about 25%. Figured this would of helped my case in getting the helmet... Nope, he just would not listen to reason and I feel best way to express my dissatisfaction is to take business elsewhere. Due to the way he handled this situation it will be the last time I order from cycle gear or revzilla due to being combined companies. Will be sticking to **************** due to always treated with respect when I call or order from them.

      I got a scorpion helmet. It took longer than expected, but it was just a couple days late and I was not in a rush so I have no complaints. Getting it sent was the cashiers idea since they didn't have my size in store. Over all my experience was amazing. They saved me money and time and even measured me in store so I knew I was getting what I needed. Overall an amazing experience, you can't always control the mail delivery.
