      I bought tires and a chain online to be delivered to my local store. The tires should have gotten me half off mounting and balancing. However when I went to drop off my old wheels for the tires to be mounted, I was told it would be at least a week before they would get to it even though there were only two sets to be done before mine. In terms of receiving my order, my experience was good as usual, but the mounting situation was quite disappointing.

      I tend to prefer shopping at local small motorcycle shops but Cycle Gear is one of the best chain motorcycle stores around! Fast shipping, great exchange/return policy, and generally good stock at the local stores, plus being open 7 days a week is a huge plus!

      I have seen these helmets before so I know what I am getting into. Also I have used the full face guard version for3 years. The touring version is a nice change for my distance riding.

      I have ordered from them before and will order from them again. Good deal on sound parts. Haven't received any returned or open box items from them. They carry many cycle parts.

      I ordered a helmet in store to be delivered. The delivery was fine however I was overcharged. When I notified the store where the counter purchase was made, your associate contacted the right people and a refund was issued to my credit card. The refund was for the difference in the retail price of the helmet only. I still paid the sales tax on the overcharge. Its not much but it seems like something that should have been caught on Cycle Gear's end. Other than thatall good!
