    I hired James F****** on or around 30 September 2022 to replace the roof on my home in Philadelphia, Pa due to continuous leaking. I was under the impression that Mr. F****** would remove the damaged roof layer and apply a brand new one. However, what occurred was Mr. F****** just added an additional layer to covering the damaged one. I wholeheartedly believe this was done with the intent to deceive because he knew I was unable to verify and monitor his work as an elderly female. As I began to renovate my home, the new contractor informed me that the roof was leaking, as well as, sinking due to the numbers of layers. My son who is stationed in Germany, on my behalf contacted Mr. F****** and coordinated for him to visit the house with hopes to have him correct the job paid for at no cost or provide a refund. Mr. F****** refused to correct his faulty work or provide me with a refund ($10,500).

    To Whom It May Concern:

    First of all let me say that I regret the fact that your agency + ** ******* are accusing this company of preying on senior citizens + comitting fraud attacking my character.  

    Second of all, all correspondence pertaining to the Roof Replacement at **** ********* were between me and ** **** ********.

    All specifications were in clear writing and there is no specification to remove all layers of Existing Roof to expose wood decking on Top Main Flat Roof.  

    There is a clear lack of communication between ** **** ******** & his Home Improvement Contractor.  

    Their lack of respect for the hard work my guy's did to replace the roof and there clear violation of guarantee conditions 

    In my opinion they have an overzealous contractor trying to pad the bill by creating work the sections of there disregard of guarantee conditions by removing 3 existing skylights, one breather vent and cutting 3 penetrations to vent plumbing above the roof line.  A clear violation of guarantee conditions which by the way are very clear on all work orders.  

    I feel I am under no obligation to make any repairs or refund due to this clear violation.
