      Purchase a bar on June 26th, and told it would not ship until August 2023. I heard no further communication until my card was charged in August 4th. I tried multiple times to find out the delivery timeline via email and phone calls. They have only responded to my initial email at time of purchase and I have called over 20 times with only two answers. I finally was able to reach the store on august 9th. At this time they told me the bar would arrive between 8/21-8/23 and that they would contact me soon yo schedule the delivery. It is August 16th and I have emailed and called multiple times still with no response. At this point I am worried I may never receive the bar or a refund. Since having so much problems with them I have researched them and found this method of delay and non-communication is a well established pattern. I would like the bar delivered by the time period August 21-23 or a prompt full refund at this time.
