      I had an apartment fire and its been 10 days, My child and i are have been displaced in regards of waiting for my place to be cleaned properly. My property manager never filed a claim to her insurance to even have an adjuster come to review the place. I've been getting a run around from my property manager in regards of whos liable and who were waiting for . The property manager already stated that it was habitable and livable which it as of rights now it is not until the next steps get done as well which is filing a claim and getting her due diligence done with her property. im still displaced and wait for everything to resolved

      Freid El Corporation was advised by legal council that we have no obligation regarding this incident. Even so, Freid El Corporation offered to have the apartment cleaned, to which the tenant has yet to accept.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.


      I have been displaced from my place since 5/7!  The property manager still has not done her due diligence to get me and my child back into my place. She may have stated that she has reached out to specialized cleaners  but i have information that I have attached as well which is from servo pro property project manager. It stated that she's not been reaching out to Servpro as she said! She has told me that she can have her maintenance come to clean the property which they  are not specialized to properly do to  fire smoke debris chemicals and as well she stated I can clean her property myself on 5/24!
      That was my only option! In regards of safety for health concerns and to make my apartment livable and habitable! She still has not done any of her due diligences to make sure that it is! She is obligated to make my rental apartment safe and habitable as a property managers.  She is obligated to make sure my place is habitable/livable and that is my renters rights! As well she is still collecting rent and I'm not in my rental apartment! Which in the lease it states  if it's not habitable or livable than I shouldn't pay rent until so!
