      Moved into my apartment and the dishwasher was broken, 2 of the 4 burners on the stove didn’t work, and the hack job HVAC system was falling off the wall. The apartment had obviously not been professionally cleaned/renovated as the stove top and toilet were dirty and the wall repairs were all inadequate. The HVAC was positioned right under giant, poorly insulated windows so any heat or AC literally went right out the windows, costing huge amounts of money and resulting in 0 comfort. My HVAC outlet was smoking and sparking one day and my next neighbor’s did catch fire a few months later. When you move out, they will make excuses to keep your entire deposit, and probably ask for more. If you want to overpay for a tiny, poorly maintained apartment, Freid-El is right for you!
