    Called to have my awning put up 6 weeks ago. They said that they would come in April. It is now May, so I called for an update and they wouldnt commit to a date saying that they are busy, so I questioned her about that. She said that if I didnt like it, that I should take my business elsewhere and hung up.

    I called to get mine installed in early March and it is still not installed, and when I called, they got mad and hung up the phone on me. I'm looking for other options for next year. They have been short staffed for 4 years now and only send out workers if it's over 50 degrees.

    My employees DO NOT work in the rain below 50 degrees due to all the rain we had in april we are behind schedule. I do apologize for any and all inconveniences we have caused you but you will have your awning up before sunday.
