      7/17 - called to setup a checking account in order to pay the mortgage I now have with FNB. Was told the process would take 24 hours to link the accounts (keep in mind accounts arent linked automatically). 7/18 - called back to inquire if the process was complete. Rep said that their internet team still needed to work the request, even though they gave an original SLA of 24 hours. 7/19 - called again only to hear the internet team is still working on the request, 48 hours past due on their commitment This lack of commitment to customer service and excellence shows why the regional banking industry needs to take a cold hard look at the way they do things. I hope this mortgage is sold to a better business.

      DO NOT BANK WITH FIRST NATIONAL! I don't understand how this bank gets away with not refunding customers who were victims of fraudulent activity??? I had over $1500 stolen from my account when someone got ahold of my debit card number to make purchases on Amazon. The day they started removing money from my account was the same exact day I was attacked by a dog and had to go through a series of rabies shots. I caught the activity and reported it well over 45 days ago. They've blown me off every day since. They wouldn't provide me with a provisional credit saying it was because I had used Amazon before??? This is in complete violation of the *************** Transfer Act! When I did my own investigation of the situation and called Amazon, they said First National Bank had never been in touch with them. So who is conducting my investigation?! From what I've read below from similar cases I better not hold my breath to ever see my money again. As if I haven't been through enough. I've been with them for over 10 years when they bought out my local bank. Never had a problem until now... A friend of mine went through the same thing as me a week later with a different bank and they had her money refunded within days. I could cry. This bank has lost my business.

      Every time I call these idiots to try and figure out what amount of money they really want to pay our mortgage, they tell me a number. It's never the number on the statement. I pay it immediately, then I get a notice in the mail that that number was short and now I owe a balance still and a late fee. Four months in a row. No online service even given as an option. No service after 9AM-5PM. It would be hard to do it worse than these people do.

      Single full time dad. This bank is awful! My account was hacked $2500 via a Ebay scam. They used my Coin base app to get money. I did everything I was suppose to. I filed a police report, closed all accounts, had my computer and cell phone cleaned. And the bank denied refunding me the money I was scammed! Thier excuse was, I used coinbase app in past! What the hell does that matter?!! I have never filed a claim in my life. My first time being hacked. Everyone I know that had their account hacked. Their bank had money back in their accounts within days! NOT First National of Pennsylvania! DO NOT give this bank your money! Not to.mention their fraud department never reached out to me, never responded to my emails, nothing!!

      Can I give ZERO stars?! By FAR the WORST bank EVER!!We use online banking for everything, checks are a thing of the past. Well .. You cannot make an online mortgage payment unless you have an account with them. Your spouse cannot call the customer service phone number and make a ********************** payment (even IF you give authorization for them to do so!). You want to give them money, but they won't take it! Oh yes, yes .. of course I could have my bank generate monthly checks but WHY?? WHY would a bank be SO antiquated that they will not accept an online payment from another bank?Our mortgage was bought by First National Bank; we did not OPT to use their mortgage services but we are now STUCK with them until rates go down enough for us to refinance and get away from them!! STAY AWAY FROM FNB unless you enjoy the madness!

      Someone hacked my banking account. They depleted my checking. The charges were still pending, I had the bank immediately cancel my debit card. I had to file a paper to try and get one of the purchase money back. I already felt like a victim and this bank made it worse. I have never dealt with a bank that would not immediately add money from fraudulent charges back into someones account. All of my money was gone and they would only cancel the card and file a claim which may take months to get resolved. Again, would not reimburse me right away for what I had lost. If the charges were still pending when I cancelled the card why wouldnt this bank immediately put the money back in my account? I understand there has to be an investigation but I am a loyal customer that needed help. I will never recommend this insure bank to anyone.

      Unfortunately when individuals fall on financial difficulties this bank doesn't want to work with their clientele. They would rather threaten with repossession of a car rather than helping the customer get caught up. The loan was 42 days overdue. Their customer service reps are just rude and degrading. Fortunately we now have the money to get caught up with the payments at this point and keep on track but what about the poor soul that can't and it is their only means of transportation. "*****" who is a "specialist" was condescending and RUDE. I would never recommend using any product from this bank. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!

      On March 9, 2023, my mother and I went to First National Bank in *********** **. mom and I went there to close an account. My mother, **************************** is 83 years old suffering with dementia going blind I need assistance 24 seven we went there to close an account that my mother head open for her church organization. We sit in the waiting room, but a lady which was the teller I dont know her name ask how could she help us? I told her we wanted to close an account and she said well I could help me with that so I walked with my mother to her window and she asked why did you want to close and I informed her because the organization is no longer open. So while standing at the window, my mom said she needed to sit down, so I asked The teller would it be OK if my mom sit down she said sure so mom said theyll and I went back to the window and the teller which she never gave me. Her name gave me a form to fill out the clothes that count so I filled out form and walked over to my mother for her mom signed it, and I took it back to the window. The teller looked at the signature and asked me cut my mother son better than that. I am **** her again on my mothers condition, she gets on the phone and calls her manager im still standing at the window while shes on the phone with her manager. I heard her tell her manager that I FORGE my mother signature. I asked Y would u tell that lie. I used terrible language they took me out of my character. The manager comes out because I got really loud. I was really hurt by the lie that ****** told on me. I was really hurting because of this. My mom got upset also . The manger never got a name came to over 2 window ask teller for slip mom signed & took this back to mom for another signing. I was still loud & upset for the lie was told on me, the unknown name told me to calm down or she calling security. Which she did. I was devastated. No one was listening to me. They took the teller side . HELP

      I have 9 accounts with FNB of PA. And retirement with FNB Investments. My daughter's savings account was charged $25 over 5 months, for service fees. They will not reverse the fees. We were not notified that this policy is now in effect for a custodial account.We have a savings, checking, holiday savings, our 3 children all have savings & checking accounts, & retirement funds with FNB Investments. I'm disappointed and upset how quickly they will disregard long standing customers over a service fee. I will be closing my accounts that do not have deposits & withdrawals automatic.
