      My credit card expires 11/30/22. I have Been told 4 times it was mailed 11/22/22. It is not here 11/30/22. I have good credit. The card has had the balance paid every month. I have never had to wait for a card before. It is very poor irresponsible business practice to show the customer. Now customer service says to wait till Friday 12/2/22 and it will come. Can they be believed? I will go into the local PNC office 12/1 to confirm.

      This is just a customer service complaint. Nothing that can be done and, indeed, this behavior is typical of the "service" provided by big organizations so this isn't unusual but bad service is still bad service. I hate the automated robots. I have never called PNC before and if I am calling a business its because I need something unique. Robots only work for run of the mill stuff and I suspect most people are like me, we hate calling so if we are calling it's unique and the robot is just going to frustrate. The customer service reps, when you finally get to one, basically operate as human robots in that they follow a script and get pissy if a caller deviates from their script. I told them what my problem is right up front: I recently moved to a new area and only just today realized there were no branches near me but I needed cash in excess of the ATM limit and needed to know if I had any options. I would accept "there's nothing we can do since you don't live near a branch" but I don't want to spend more time than necessary if that's the answer -- just tell me and I'll go to plan B. I would happily explain this to PNC, not that any one person matters but maybe if they hear similar things over and over they might tweak their training and systems, but there is no obvious way through the website to just give feedback so here I am. I got the runaround this morning between a robot and two customer service reps who were hyper-focused on their customer service script and not my problem and what I was saying and they wasted my time and were pissy about it. That's unfortunate but c'est la vie.

      Wish I could give negative stars. They got me used to convenience and dependent on their quick deposits. In most recent weeks, they have now gone to making my deposits unavailable until the next week. No warning, no indication of a policy change, nothing. When I call to try and rectify and file a complaint, they send the most submissive waste of oxygen to just repeat how sorry they are while also not giving any explanation. Its obvious they dont care about the fact that Ive been here for a decade, I will be closing every account I have here when Im actually able to go into a branch and do so.

      Unprofessional service. For example, I called to transfer my credit debt from my PNC credit card to another card and the PNC worker made a condescending comment to me... "Well I am confused why you are only transferring $500 when you owe way more than that." Well, PNC Bank, life is different for everyone & after being homeless I did have to rely on my credit to get through. PNC Bank will also cut your credit limit without notice. I've paid 100% of my bills on time, yet they have cut my credit limit twice. At this point I am simply excited to part ways with this bank for good. I no longer trust them after being with them for 7 years. They have made plenty of money off me for 7 years yet thay have done nothing good for me. Actions speak louder than words & their actions have been selfish & greedy. There are plenty of other good banks out there.

      Cashed a $1,200 check at video teller machine on Nov. 2nd with bank manager present. Money never dispensed. Was told I would get a call that day. No call came. I called pnc customer support 11 times. Nobody could tell me anything about my money. It is now Nov. 12th and pnc still has my $1,200. Guy who wrote me the check can't get anywhere with pnc. The video teller ATM malfunctioned and they will not respond to give me my money. Worse customer service ever. ******* called on Nov. 7th, said she would call back the same day. Haven't heard from her since. Where's my $1,200.00?

      I would give zero stars. My van was repossessed without warning. They came one night while I was asleep and stole it from the driveway. I had called to make a payment before they said their system was down I would have to mail it. I mailed same day. Placed in *********** box outside post office. Been four weeks and two days now claim never received it jow they repossessed the van and all my personal items and Hall ************* items. I am trying to refinance with a new company.

      Me and my husband went into PNC in ********* ** on 10/14/2022 to cash a check I received from WC. The teller ***** had to verify the check which she called the number on the check to verify. She came back to tell us the check is not verifiable. Which I knew she was going to do because she was racially profiling me and my husband. We called the customer service # on the check which he confirmed he verified the information and told her to cash it. I even went as far as calling my lawyer and she lied to them to. PNC bank have racist employees/ branch managers too. The branch manager stepped in to assist and also verified the check. I was embarrassed, discriminated against and lied on. I could write a lot more but I am seeking an attorney. All the conversations she had to verify the check was on a recorded line. This is was just ridiculous!

      PNC is the worst bank Ive came across and does not care about its customers. My family and I have done business with them for almost 2 decades and we are on our way out. I traveled towards the end of the summer and was unable to make a payment on my credit card which had a low balance of $400 out of the $5000 limit. I utilized the app and attempted to make my payments as I usually would and kept getting the message this service is unavailable at this time. When I attempted to utilize the website I was unable to login. I called PNC upon my return and explained the technical difficulties I was having. However, all the customer service reps did was put the blame on me and said I should have called although I mentioned I was abroad and did not have access to international calling. My husband had a similar issue with another bank and they rectified the issues immediately. I wrote letters to PNC asking them to remove the late payment **** on my credit report and they refused to do so. Right now I am trying to get a mortgage loan and this marking is disrupting my abilities to do so as well as other financial opportunities. Prior to this incident I never had a late payment marking on any of my accounts and I am in good standing with every other institution. AGAIN, PNC DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS.

      First, they failed to close out an autopay I asked them to cancel. Then, they lied to my face about the processing time a request would take. Next they LIED TO THE CREDIT AGENCIES, saying that we were delinquent, despite admitting that they had our payments. Then a banker lied when we went to close the account about the time it would take to close out the account. THEN A BANKER LIED TO US ABOUT THE ACCOUNT BEING CLOSED. Do NOT use this bank. Beware Beware Beware!

      We are banking with PNC for 20 years and had been very happy with them in the past. But that has dramatically changed over the last 12 months. Customer service is very unreliable. When we call and leave a message to be called back; nobody calls you back. We have an investment account with PNC Investments, same story and the statements are not very transparent. Overall the recent experience with PNC is not pleasant and we are seriously considering, changing the bank.
