    This company put my first ever derogatory remark on my credit. This is supposedly a medical bill from 4 yrs ago that was my adult son and it was ********* comp. I was pressured into paying the bill to get removed from my credit even though I had no idea at the time what it was for. Now i am out over $500. When I told them I had no idea what this bill was for, he basically called me a liar. He told me "that i know I took my son to the ** and I know that I owe this bill". He sat and argued with me before putting his manager on the phone. They also told me there was no way to contact the medical company that this bill is from to see why I am getting this bill from 4 yrs ago. How is that even possible. Now that I know this was a workmans comp claim for my adult son, I am trying to get a hold of the credit company again to get some paperwork to send to my son's employment to try to get my money back and they will not return my call.

    Call me almost daily, sometimes 2-3 times a day, Ive blocked them and they spoof their number to get around my call block. When I got fed up and told them to stop calling me, they dont listen and still call. I know just verbally abuse their employees until they hang up, but then call back the next day

    Harassing phone call requesting a call back. Company had my cell number and was trying to collect a debt. 2 Agents I spoke with were not helpful, wouldnt give me further information and had an incorrect name associated with my number.Very poor level of customer service, argumentative style and kept threatening to end the call while I was simply asking for help and information.

    It is time that the ****************** and State and local official's in ************ do something about this company. I suffer from PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, etc. and this company has ruined my credit reporting inaccurate information that has exceeded the statue of limitations. This company is very dangerous to the American public and cause great home to individuals who have no idea of the law in their state and their rights.

    I already paid them for the medical bill debt I owed and now theyre contacting me again for the same amount. To be clear, I have proof on my debit card statement that the exact amount they are demanding was paid to ***. Theyre saying that I still owe them the same amount. Terrible business that should have shut down years ago

    I called and they can not even tell me who the bill is for!!! I investigated and there is nothing for the date they are stating. I believe this is a scam. How can you be a collection agency and not know who the bill is for??? I am mailing it back with a dispute and telling them to remove it. If it goes on my credit report, I will be contacting my attorney. I hope they rectify this peacefully. The bill is only for $20 and it is not mine!!!**** *********

    This company has reported a collection bill to my credit bureau. When I call this company they stated that the bill was from medical city in ******* from January 19th 2019. However funny enough there is no Medical city in *******. Second off all, I have received ******** from 2018-to late 2019. And third, the only place I been to during that specific year was if anything medial city in *****. I called them and they could not show any bills due since everything has been paid for via ******** & I did not receive any services on the stated date by credit management company either. Also the statue of limitations in ***** is 4years, therefore this company should not be even able to put anything in collections since its been 5years!! I have disputed and wish to no further be contacted and harassed from this company, or I will have to pursue further legal action.

    The worker called and was VERY rude when I asked the company information again because the connection was bad. He then started yelling saying if you are not who I'm asking for then don't ask me any questions! I said well if you can't answer then just put me on the do not call list. He began yelling saying JUST WAIT FOR THE NEXT CALL! 3 Then hung up. This was rude and disgusting as far as I'm concerned send letters don't be calling people phone and don't think nobody is going to ask you questions with all these SCAMS going around!
