      On April 5th 2023 I purchased a Facial package from Advanced Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery. I was told I needed 2 separate facials strategically planned prior to my cool peel to properly prep my skin for the Cool Peel which was service I was looking to purchase. Attaching all the "contract/invoice" paperwork.

      I got the 2 pre Cool peel facials only to find out they scheduled my Cool peel a different time than what we originally planned. My peel was to be in the morning of 6/29 not the afternoon due to previous engagements I knew about at the time of my purchase. I attempted to contact Advanced Dermatology the week leading up to the peel when I received the appointment reminder. I called the number on my Patient consultation details *************  The number allows you to remain on hold waiting for a staff member to pick up then after a long time of being on hold the call forces you to leave a message with call back information. I had called this number every day leading up to the incorrectly scheduled appointment and never received a call back. The day of the appointment someone finally did answer and said a manager would return my call. I never received a call back even after phoning and leaving messages once or twice a month for the next 8 months.
      Today, 3/1/2024 almost a year later I got a callback and was told "we don't give refunds:. This is nowhere on my consultation or cool peel consent form.
      When you purchase a package they convert your payment to a gift card that reduces in balance when you get a treatment. I want my money back not a gift card balance. I will never utilize a company for any medial procedure/treatment where you can't get in touch with them for almost a year! I was told after purchase I should have gone on the website for the company and found the "no refunds" clause that was omitted from my invoice/consent form.

      4/5- Consult- $50 and Prepaid for a gift card $1498 and the $50 was deducted with a balance of $1448

      4/13- Microneedling- $379

      5/17- VI PEEL advance - $419

       Which brings her balance to $650. Please see receipts attached - She is not owed the balance she is requesting as she got services done. We would be able to send up a refund request on the remaining balance of $650.

      The doctor prescribed Adbry for my eczema. They successfully obtained authorization from both previous and current insurance companies. Supposedly they filled out enrollment form for Adbry Advocate program but have failed to submit. This program will reduce out of pocket cost of the drug. I have been on it for 6 weeks and will owe the drug company about $2400 without the Advocate program. I have been asking doctor to submit the enrollment for 3 weeks. Calling in and leaving my message about once a week. I have called the program hotline several times and been told that they still haven’t received the information from my doctors office

      On September 20th, 2022 I was scheduled for a 2:30 P.M. appointment with PA David P******** at Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery. I was instructed by e-mail to arrive at least 230 minutes early than my appointment time as I was a new patient. I arrive at 1:50 P.M., checked in and filled out a medical history and insurance forms. Unbeknown to me at the time, receptionist Ashley K*** forgot to do anything with the material and no one knew I was in the waiting room. After everyone in the room had been called and seen, and another group of people came in and were seen, I asked another desk worker if it was possible I was forgotten as I had been waiting for nearly two hours. She scolded me for coming that early, told me that they were busy and to have a seat. This was at 3:40 P.M. Shortly thereafter Ashley K*** approached me- still sitting quietly in the rear of the waiting room - to tell me that she had made a mistake and I would be seen soon and she began an apology which I told her I had no interest in hearing- I would rather sit in the quiet and wait for my name to be called. I was not shouting, swearing, standing, or making any sort of scene. Ashley did not accept the fact that I refused to hear her out, called me rude and told me to leave without being seen. I told her that I would remain where I was and wait for my name to be called. She again insisted I leave immediately to which I ignored her totally. She then returned to the front desk area. I was called to the back for my appointment very shortly thereafter. When the appointment was concluded about 10 minutes later, as I checked out I requested that the office manager phone me to discuss what had occurred. I received no call the next day so on the 21st I called the office to insist that they provide me with Ashley K***** name which was unknown to me at the time so that I could file a complaint. No one has contacted me since and the office manager has instructed all office personnel to hang up on me.
