      My membership was supposed to be paused until February 2024 at a lower rate of 35 instead of 103. I was incorrectly charged 103 instead of 35. This was confirmed by member services including by Kari Vissichelli. I asked for a refund for the over charge and then cancelled my membership on Jan 7 2024. Kari confirmed that I would receive my refund on February 1 and that the refund would be received within 15 business days. After 15 business days, on February 22, I still had not received my refund. I called and emailed Kari the same day to ask about the status. She did not respond to my email.

      Member was partially charged for membership during a freeze and then subsequently cancelled his membership before the credit could be used for billing. Member requested a refund. This was for $79.30.
      This was submitted on February 23rd. The JCC refunds typically take 10-15 business days. This is currently in process. The member is owed $79.30. 

      Attached you will find the freeze form orignally submitted by the member. JCC charged $103 by error during this period and should have charged $35 for freezing.

      Refund is $103 - $35 = $68 however we offered $79.30.

      Additionally, the JCC membership has a 30 day notice for cancellation (see attached) which would mean JCC is owed $103. However, we waived this fee for Mr. ******.
