      During two visits to the ***************, I was subjected to racial discrimination, intimidation, and mishandling by staff. On the first visit while using the gym facilities, I was approached by **** ******, a trainer, who aggressively told me to leave an area despite other patrons being allowed to remain. When I questioned him, he made a discriminatory remark: "We don't need your kind around here." Later, during a discussion with another staff member, **** threatened me, saying I "wouldn't walk again" if I questioned him again. This behavior left me feeling unsafe, racially discriminated, and disrespected. On the second visit, ***** **** requested to speak to me about the previous incident with **** ******. During this discussion, ***** **** belittled me in a condescending manner and became dismissive over my concerns. While working out, I was struck multiple times by another patron using a punching bag that was placed way too close to the *** bands that were suspended from a adult jungle gym like structure. They have video of me being in that immediate area on the ground, long before the patron came to the punching bag and aggressively tried to antagonize me. When I left the area after being struck, I went to report this to ***** ****. She became aggressively confrontational, accused me of being the problem, and told me to leave, stating, "We don't need your kind here. You don't know how to share space." I asked her if it was normal for patrons to hit other patrons with equipment. When I raised these issues with the *** director, ***** *****, my membership was suspended, and I later received a letter falsely accusing me of antisemitic rhetoric, threatening staff, and vulgar language. None of these claims are true, and I believe they were meant to deflect from the mistreatment and racial discrimination I faced. These incidents highlight a severe lack of professionalism, inclusivity, and accountability at this facility.
