This is a fraudulent company. I ordered a gift card for my brothers birthday and he never received it and it still shows as in transit. I tried to call their phone number and is a BS number that says congratulations, you pressed star. This doesnt mean you are a star, only that you pressed star and it repeats this over and over again. I tried their chat option and it keeps you in a circle and asks you the same questions over and over. This site needs to be closed down.Gift Card Granny

Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered a gift card and used the promo they show on their website for free shipping JANUARY24 - was in the process of completing my order for $104.95 only to find that when I checked my credit card that I was still charged $106.94 for the $1.99 shipping even though the total that was reflected on the screen took off the $1.99 for their promo code. Then found out the only way to reach anyone is through a chat system that was zero help. Tried to call the number on the website and it says it's not even a valid number! Complete SCAM!! I will be disputing this with my credit card company - never again.Gift Card Granny

Thank you, ********, for posting your comments with the Better Business Bureau. The toll-free support phone # ************ has no reported issues and we have no support requests associated with your contact information or orders. As you are likely aware, your first two purchase attempts failed because we were unable to charge your payment card. You can verify with your payment card provider the first order DID have the Free Shipping Promo credit (attempted purchase $104.95).Promo codes may only be used once per client, so your third order attempt did not apply the Promo Code. We have issued a credit for the $1.99 shipping fee. This credit will appear on your statement typically in 1-3 business days. You may independently verify this with your payment card issuer.I am sending you email, so you have my full contact information for any personal support.Thank you!************************* Chief **************************************** Telephone *********************Review fromAudrey S.

This company fraudulently charged $200 four times to my accounts. After lengthy communication with both my bank and PayPal, I am hopeful these are cancelled. The email and customer service number provided by the Granny, were either returned, blocked or unresponsive. DO NOT allow this company to process any business activity. They can access credit card information and utilize it in criminal fashion. I can atest to that.Gift Card Granny

I do not recommend because of unreliability and nonexistent human contact availability. I ordered a **** gift card for my sister and after 2 weeks it had not been delivered. I can't get any answer to my inquiry as to the status so I'm disputing the charge to my credit card payment. Not a good experience especially around the holidaysGift Card Granny

Horrible business. No adequate help. Unprofessional conduct to the consumer. Unprofessional product support representative. Purchasing gift cards through them. Is an utter nightmare. You pay your money out your pocket for you not to be able to use online purchases for and **** gift card. No ***************** You speak with online bots and email. It should be mandated a phone number to actually speak with live representative. Language barriers with representation of representatives. After 2 and a half hours I asked the rep through email correspondence was their a phone number or if he could call me as to why per their terms the gift card I purchased through GIFT CARD GRANNY.COM on different days being rejected from merchant. As an unknown error? Following All Protocol of terms! Basically passing the buck. No help at all. Due to the unpleasant experience which I have so many stressful remarks as a consumer. I would not recommend anyone go to this site to purchase gift cards. It is horrible. Service horrible. If they could be graded for HORRIBLE SERVICE ON A SCALE FROM 1-****. Definitely ranking them ****. Unresolved issue. My daughter has an loaded prepaid card she can not use and I am out of money. I am infuriated all the wasted hours, of my personal time with no solutions. time. No help. All businesses should be mandated to have an live customer service representative to speak with. but they are allowed to advertise a number which is correspondence by email or bots. I called **** outside of them told they do not exist. I have had the worse experience ever.Gift Card Granny
