    Horrible system to try to purchase egift cards. I tried 3 times to get 6 cards and orders immediately canceled. No explaining of why canceled. CANNOT GET A PERSON TO HELP ON PHONE OR ONLINE CHAT. I tried reentering again and used PayPal. Still canceled. Tried one at a time instead of 6 total cards. 1 went thru and now they cancel any further tries to do one at a time. Now I cannot cancel the card that went through. So one child will get a gift now and I have to go out on CHRISTMAS EVE to order 5 cards to be mailed late for Christmas. I will never use Gift card Granny again, ridiculous system. It's too bad I have to click one star on the rating. Do not try to use. Each attempt to order $473.00 in gift cards is being held as pending on my card. I think there might be **** held up until the cancel processes

    GCG, have you been hacked? I just attempted to buy a gift card on your site....after i entered my CC details and hit the submit button, i was immediately informed that the transaction was declined (but i couldn't be told why!). I got suspicious and went into my cc account. There is the initial charge and then a credit (well, that is all good) and then there is a charge right beneath it for $1.00 for a place I have never visited in my life. (and there is also a credit for that same charge)So, someone is fishing. The card is now cancelled. Really bad time of year for this nonsense. Won't ever recommend or try to purchase from you again. Customer should not have to navigate such problems. Too bad i cant leave negative stars. Waste of time and bandwidth.

    I ordered 5 plastic cards, $100, $100, $100, $200, and $500, I received the first 4 cards but not i got the $500 card.7 days have already passed and I cannot contact Gift Card Granny in any way.

    I ordered a $250.00 ******* gift card as a holiday gift . I misspelled the email address. Can not get any response in my attempt to correct it. I have emailed numerous times. The phone number I found online is not working.

    I purchased $750.00 worth of **** gift cards for Christmas presents, on 12/3 2023 (Sunday). I received a confirmation email with the order # shortly thereafter. The email said that orders on non-business days (like mine) would be printed and shipped the next business day. It has been 4 days and their website still says they are "printing". It is impossible to talk to someone, because the customer service phone number is just an automated response that refers you back to checking your order #. I think it's not being truthful when it says it would be shipped the next business day!

    Total scam. The $500 e-gift card I bought for my dad as a 70th birthday present doesnt work no matter what website he tries to make a purchase from. Even worse, Gift Card Granny website doesnt show my order status information or help at all when I try to use the online help chat. Im beyond frustrated with losing out on $500 and the lack of response or help from gift Card Granny to resolve this.

    I was notified by my bank that my debit card account was locked because Granny Gift Cards took money out of my account yesterday and tried to take more out today!!!I never even heard of this company till today and absolutely did not make the purchase they scammed my account for. I have filed a fraud claim with the bank/police.

    The gift card of $400 was stolen and Gift card Granny said there was nothing they could do to help. They should notify the email purchaser when the card is activated for safety purposes. I had purchased $3000 in gift cards I won't use this company again. ********
