    I have NEVER been to that site and they attempted to charge me nearly $260 and thankfully my bank contacted me right away and blocked the transaction

Of course, we are troubled to hear this, but thankful your payment card issuer should easily be providing you protection from any financial impact or loss.Hopefully this will never happen to you again.     SCAM COMPANY. Horrible scam company got a gift card that is completely unusable. Reached out to customer service multiple times, no response at all. Requested a refund, rejected. I feel completely helpless. STOLE MY MONEY AND THEN IGNORED ME!!!! Find somewhere else to buy gift cards or dont get ********** at all.

    Terrible experience the website said it didnt accept my moms transaction and we tried multiple times and in doing so it charged my moms credit card 8 times and now my mother is mad at me and i feel extremely guilty she is a hard working lady. We tried to dispute the transactions we only acknowledged one and we later ended up finding out that we we charged 8x never again will i trust this website and i suggest the same for others.

    These people are full of c*** My card was charged I have proof on my statement and they refuse to give me a card because they say my info can't be verified they take no steps to verify it and customer survive is b*****. I have no money I actually put my account in the negative for this card they screwed me out of.

    I emailed support about an unauthorized purchase attempt and was denied a refund.He lied in his response saying I had used multiple e gift cards when only one was even activated. I've since had to have the physical versions of the cards mailed to me to try to get some value out of them. I've lost over $2,000 in useless gift cards because your support team was completely incompetent or just scam artists.

    My son was viciously attack by our neighbors pittbull, he went through a couple of surgeries and then had to have 4 hrs of dental work cus the dog knock out a permanent tooth plus damage 4 others. After the intense dental work he wanted ***** I didnt have the money so I bought a gift card with zip (quad pay) and the first time they never sent an email or acknowledged the payment. Call gift card granny they told me I put in the wrong email and I would have to redo my order. After contacting zip and getting them to quickly put the money back in my account I reorder only then was told that gift card was canceled. They took the money off my zip account and now I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my refund. In the meantime my child whos already suffer enough never got to go out and eat.

    I bought a gift card from Gift Card Granny and it wasn’t activated by recipient that I sent it to. They did not activate the card. He did not know how to for in store purchase. I called Customer Service. They told me it has been activated and cannot be used for in store purchase. ( only online merchants) But they return it back to me and after I ask for a refund “before” it was activated, Customer Service was on the phone with me. She walk me through how to activate it. Which she told me it was already activated. I was out and it was cold. I was trying to get through it. Now after calling I look online and read it cannot be refunded after activation, when I got off the phone with Customer Service. I receive an email that they could not give me a refund. I email them and told them the card have not been use. I am retire and on a fixed income. I was done with all of my Christmas shopping and need a gift card for someone to use at merchants close to their home, which I thought was all Visa Gift Cards. This card can only be used for online merchants. This person needs gas, food and everyday essential. Money that I could not afford to waste for online orders. After reading reviews and complaints, I will never use another company like Gift Card Granny and would not recommend anyone to use them. It all happen within a 5 hours after the order was placed. Could easily been refunded.

    I would like to share a sad experience that I have with this website. I bought a credit card visa online for myself, and infortunately it doesnt work at all. And they don't offer refunding! I want to use for my uber it didn't work so I tried on several dozen website and it's still not working ...its always denied and no and answer from.this website to offer a refund. Ofc they did answer providing advices but im not impressed because they did not resolved my issue.i want my money back...this is a scam website and im.surprised that they are legit in the usa

    THIS COMPANY IS A FARCE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. i WENT TO USE A GIFT CARD ONLY TO DISCOVER IT WAS SOLD ON THE BLACK WEB AND THERE WERE ABOUT 10 ATTEMPTS TO USE IT.... FROM FLORIDA TO MARYLAND (ABOUT 4 ATTEMPTS), NEW YORK, MASSACHUSSETTS, ARIZONA ETC.... SOME WERE OVER THE AMOUNT OF $100 AND MANY WERE EVEN AMOUNTS OF $50, $150 ETC.... THEY DID NOT CARE AND SAID IT WAS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP THE GIFT CARD SAFE!!
